We checked in late after midnight arriving from a late flight, and Irma was very patient working alone checking guests in and responding to shuttle requests. She kept her composure and was very friendly during our check in process. The next evening when we checked into our next destination, our daughter discovered she had left her childhood teddy bear in the room. We called the front reception, and Irma was very kind to check the lost and found, and placed the teddy bear aside for us to claim when we returned to stay for a few more nights during our trip. We really appreciated her follow thru and kindness. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and consistent breakfast service during our stay. One thing we realized during our multiple night stays was that airplane noise was more prominent on the 7th floor, compared to the lower 4th and 2nd floors.
