The home is beautifully designed and had the potential to be a very enjoyable vacation stay. However, there were several issues during our visit that need to be addressed.1. Bug Infestation â I informed you upon arrival and provided pictures of the roaches throughout the home, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve the issue. We continuously had to deal with roaches during our stay. This is not something I deal with at home, nor should anyone have to deal with while on vacation.2. Water Temperature Issues â The water in the home did not heat properly or consistently. We eventually learned that the knobs had to be turned back and forth multiple times just to get hot water, after already spending several nights using cold water.3.Refrigerator Leakage â The refrigerator continuously leaked water onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I also sent pictures and reported this issue, but no action was taken. We repeatedly had to mop the floors ourselves to prevent anyone from falling. We also ended up fixing the issue ourselves, including getting the ice maker working when it was initially inaccessible.4.Broken Pool Sticks â Upon arrival, several of the pool sticks were already broken. We went out and purchased a new set from Walmart for future guests to use. Youâre welcome.5. Room Temperatures â The bedrooms became extremely hot at night. We attempted to adjust the thermostat, but it did not seem to work properly.
