Great location and us and the kids enjoyed the pool on our rest days. They also had scheduled activities for the kids at the clubhouse / pool area, though we were too busy to take advantage. There was a bit of a musty smell in the unit which bothered my wife at times. The layout of the unit was perfect for families where the kids could sleep across the unit from us, though we would suggest putting blackout blinds / drapes in the bunk bed room to maximize their sleep ;)All in all we were happy with our stay and the value for money. The host was also quite responsive, which we appreciated.

The resort was in an excellent location for a Disney World trip. It is close to Walmart and Starbucks. The pool and waterslides were enjoyed by our family. The kitchen has the basics for light cooking. Communication with host was prompt and helpful.

Very easy to check in security was super friendly. Property was very clean and it does look exactly the way pictures do. Beds and Pillows were comfy. We didn't get to use the anemities but maybe next time. Ron was fast at responding.

Clean

Easy check in and access to the condo and amenities. The condo itself was clean and basic. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions to make it an even better stay is to add a few more things to the kitchen it is very basic. A few storage containers or mixing bowls to make meals, bonus items would be a crockpot and a blender. A welcome book with some suggests of good restaurants and things to do. Almost every place we have stayed previously has always had a little information on the community amenities and location of things, along with the surrounding areas. Great amenities for the kids, pool, splash pad and some waterslides, arcade games(a bit pricey), pool area has a cafe with food and drinks. Definitely recommend the shakes. My children wanted one every day at the pool. There is also a playground across the water by the houses no parking lot so we parked on the road, but kids had fun playing on it too. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you for having us. I hope this is helpful to the next guests that stay here!

Lovely Stay in fantastic location

This Condo is in a brilliant position, its clean tidy and spacious. We are a family of 4, however 6/8 would also work well.The Condo is stocked for all your basic needs, from towels to pots and pans.Parking is located just outside the building itself and despite it being busy at the time (Easter) you could always find a spot close by.Any queries we did have with the management group was dealt with swiftly and with little fuss.The only 'bad' points I feel worth mentioning is in areas the Condo felt a little tired, where a lick of paint or quick freshen up would make all the difference, but please dont let this be the decision maker, it does not and will not spoil your stay, merely an observation both my partner and I made.Packing was never an issues and you could

This property was in a perfect location, we have enjoyed staying at Windsor Hills in the past & this was no different. the home was very clean and ready for us at check-in. Perfect place for families

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and it was clean. The pool is amazing and it is so close to Walmart and Disney which made it that much easier. We would definitely choose to stay here again for a future visit.

Wonderful Vacation at a perfect home

The home/condo was clean, beautiful and inviting. It had more than enough room for all of our family. Comfortable beds and furniture. Large bathrooms and shower. So much better than I expected. I communicated with the owner on several occasions to ask questions due to my own ignorance. They are extremely polite. They entertained and answered all of my questions. Communication is key

I booked for 4 occupants. The host claimed I only booked for 1 occupant. They charged me a significant amount more for additional guests that they apparently seen on the ring camera. I have family who live in the area that came to visit which is who they could have seen. They said I had to pay extra or the cops would be called and we would be kicked out of the unit, because of the threats I paid. I was scared that we wouAnother issue was they only give you one pass for one vehicle.

A Poor Choice

This property was a poor choice for our vacation. We have stayed in these condominiums 3 other times and have always been impressed. The location is great! This particular unit was disgustingly dirty, to the point we had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean in order to stay. The condo is out dated and needs to be brought into this century. The property manager was more concerned about filming the number of people staying than correcting the uncleanliness. We were under the number of occupants for the property but because I used a number of 4 to search for properties and we had 6 for part of our stay, we were charged an additional $225. I am surprised VRBO allows this property in their program.

Excellent Stay!!!! Close to everything

We enjoyed this property!! Close enough to everything but far enough away to avoid the hustle. When we come back to Orlando we will be booking this property again!
