So Iâve stayed at this whole hotel for many years. And Iâve always had a relatively good experience. This particular time however, seemed to be a little bit different. A lot of things had changed since the last time I had gone there. Thereâs no longer a place to sit down and eat breakfast in the morning, by the pool like there used to be. When I got there to see that they now just open at 12 and have no weight staff at all. It seemed very impersonal and just disappointing. You have to go up to the bar put your order in stand there and then wait for your food and then go find a seat like a cafeteria. When I first checked in, I knew I was a bit early, however, they were not sold out, however, it took them eight hours to clean my room. Iâve never had to wait that long to get my room in one day. Anybody knows when you fly in on an early flight and then you have to turn around and wait 6 to 8 hours to even get your room it is so tiresome. To add insult injury, when I stepped up to the counter, the girl behind the counter couldnât really be bothered. You could tell she suddenly had an attitude, did not speak clearly, or in a way that I could really hear her, I had to have her repeat herself several times which apparently annoyed her even more. When I came back to check in, I got my ticket for my room pretty quickly. When I went down for lunch at the so-called restaurant downstairs, I got my daughter a salad, an order of chicken tenders french fries and a lemonade and it came to $67
