Staff were excellent my nephew lost a sippy cup he needed specifically since he is handicapped. We were at dinner in the hotel. The next day a guest saw us and told us the waiter put it behind the bar. I asked Jill at the bell hop desk if she could look for it since it was closed early in the morning. Sure enough she found it ! I can't Tell you how happy my sister was . Thanks Jill.

You can’t beat the location of this property. Overall it was a great experience. The condition of the room was lacking. Although it was very clean, the curtains had large tears and the walls had obvious patchwork that needs paint.

We had a mixed experience. We really like the hotel shuttle, and the dining options in the hotel, particularly the market that was open early to late and had affordable breakfast, dinner, and snack options. Unfortunately, our room smelt like cat pee, and we were too busy with our trip to try to change rooms. We chose Hilton in part because we wanted a reliable hotel, and the fact that the room smelt was disappointing.
