The staff were friendly but the room for accessible was not good. The accessibility room does not have a thermostat . So if you are in a wheelchair you just have to deal w the temp and limited ac bc you can’t change it .

The ice machine on most of the floors didn't work. Had to go all the way down to the first floor for ice. The coffee shop, the restaurant, and the 24-hour convenience store (however quite pricey) was much appreciated.

This Hotel is only 30 mins away from Universal Studios and has a lot of dining options near by. The only con was that ice machines were all broken and the only one working was on the 1st floor. Other than that it was a great hotel. The staff were nice and friendly.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! worst place ever. Dirty carpets, dirty beds, nasty smell in the rooms and hallways! No ice available. The rooms don’t have light the only one you’ll get is the lamps in the tables. Dirty showers. The ac units are so loud and won’t let you sleep with the noise. The beds are so bad and uncomfortable I went to Disney and didn’t even rest in fact my body hurt more my shoulder and back hurt, looked like it had a big dent in the middle of the bed. Not much light in the parking lot super dark made me feel scared. Also,, When you check in there’s a guy in the other side of the counter begging you insisting so bad for you to book a tour for one of their hotels and make you leave a deposit of $70 and they swear they will give you $200 cash just by taking the resort tour. Which we said no but he kept insisting and insisting to book one and get charge dep of $70! He got so bothered that we said no again and gave us the most disgusting face. Which makes me believe they are stealing your deposits. We witnessed 3 people wanting there deposits back the next day because they weren’t going to make it to the tour and of course the guy was never at his desk. Sounds fishy to me! This is not worth the affordable price to stay here please don’t make my mistake and go pay a little more for a safe and clean hotel.
