Property nice, clean, and well maintained. However, they really need to upgrade to Smart TVs and change out those 1980s hotel phones. Holiday Inn Resort it’s 2025 time for an upgrade.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Added another night because it was so nice. $15-$20 Uber to parks. Walkable to restaurants. This will be my go to hotel in Orlando. Very reasonable rates. Great staff.

Like most hotel rooms now, way too expensive for what you get. Curtains didn’t even cover the window. A foot short. Room for 4 people,but only one chair. TV stand left broken. Nasty carpeting, furniture from 2nd hand shop. Mattress good. Glad it was only one night. Great amenities though.

Our flight was delayed heading to Florida so I had called the hotel twice informing them that we would be later than anticipated. I was told it wasn’t a problem if we thought we’d be getting in later than 3am to call and they’d check us in over the phone. I called when we landed in Orlando to let them know we’d be on our way. When we got to the hotel, the room is reserved had been given to someone else (two bunk beds & queen bed). we’re a family of 6. The room had one queen bed and one bunk bed. They provided us with a cot and a crib for our oldest and youngest but it all barely fit and we had to wait 20-30min for them to be brought up to the room. again, I’d requested the crib when I initially booked the room and when I spoke with the hotel in the phone. The staff didn’t seem very concerned about this and said that they gave our room away because we checked in late… ummm I called multiple times. I would not stay here again.

Your staff need to be trained in emergencies.

As a IHG reward, i have never been treted this badly. At check-in, Fabian was so rude because asked question about my bill, which he quoted me a bill hirer than i had booked. He and his counterparts felt the need to call security as if he was threatened.I had asked for and paid for 3 rooms together and he put us in separate floors. I took the room on the third floor, my daughter and neice have small children, that can get rambunctious and we didnt want to distub others. When the elevator opened, they were cleaning with a citrus based product, I'm allergic to citrus anf began to have an anaphylaxic reaction to the smell. I immediately started having trouble breathing. I walked to the desk,struggling to breath, to ask for a room on the 1st floor so i could avoid the elevator. Jesus choice to ignore I couldnt breath, my husband attempted to explain I couldn't breath and would need a room on 1st floor to avoid the elevator. By this time, I needed 2 epinephrine shots, benadryl and was unable to enjoy my granddaughter's dance finals. I have now developed a esphogitis and bronchitis, as a result of this horrible experience. This has been the worst experience i have ever had with your company. Your staff was hostile and didn't care I was struggling to breathe. My chest is so tight and I have to drive back to KY like this. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel location to anyone after the way they treated me.

We will be back! The breakfast bar was perfect! Staff was so helpful and friendly. It's affordable too! Everything I wanted to drive to was under 5 minutes.

Staff need to pay attention to the smoking area around the pool. We were swimming, and there was a lot of kids around. People in the smoking area by the pool were smoking weed. It was very strong. We had our 6 month old with us, my wife had to leave and take her to the room from the narcotics smell. Staff need to monitor the area little better. I don’t understand how people can smoke weed around kids like that and no one noticed from the staff. It was very strong.

My coffe maker didn’t work it took a day before it was changed out. When it was changed out that one only made one 1/8 of cup when it was report at front desk they never changed it out
