Thin doors

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. But the adjoining room doors are very thin and hold back almost no sound. So I could hear conversations of the family next door. And another night was a crying baby which woke me up multiple times. I have children so do not fault the family or child. Just makes for a tougher sleep

The AC units was making a lots of noise I wasn’t able to sleep for two night because of the inconveniences. Also I booked 2 rooms and they gave me the rooms far away when they have connected one. My key stop working the second day and I had to called twice and wait for the security guard for over 15 minutes

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in 15 years. The address is wrong online and wasted an hour of our travel time causing us to be late to dinner. THREE elevators were broken. The parking lot is dark and unsafe. The plugs in the room will not hold a charger right. There is not ample security as fights and yelling broke out from 2am-3am on the 5th floor and no security came to stop it. I'm not even sure how police would find their way there bc all elevators on that side of building were down.

First time a charm second time a bust

We have stayed at this property once before in section D 1st floor and enjoyed it. Previous stay was interior access with comfortable beds and very quiet. Our most recent stay was horrible! We were in section B 3rd floor. The access was from the outside. I dislike staying in a room with outside access and would not ever book a hotel knowing my room had this type of access. The outside noise along with the inside air conditioner was super loud. We had a difficult time sleeping. If I decide to stay at this property again I will request section D interior access.
