I was skeptical about booking my stay due to all the bad reviews. But our experience was great! The room was spacious and clean. Communication with front staff was easy and they were always helpful. This is a place where the whole family can have a great time. The only downside is that is supposed to be smoke free but I saw many people smoking in the premises.

This property has a resort fee and a parking fee, which is excessive and not justified for the services provided. When making my reservation, we were not notified that one of the pool areas was closed and under construction. Our room was on the 5th floor, there was 1 single cab elevator for 2 buildings with 6 floors each. Normally we would take the stairs, but when our toddler was in the stroller that was impossible. Enjoy spending 1/2 of your vacation waiting for an elevator. The large pool area played music from 9am to 10PM at such a high volume you could feel it laying in your bed. Arriving at the hotel is confusing and requires multiple way finding flags. Upon check in we were berated by timeshare employees, until we asked for directions, who then told us they were not housekeeping and were not there to answer silly questions. When we finally made it to our room, we discovered food left in the mini fridge, dust balls in the bunk bed ladder and the drawers smelled of vinegar. We had five registered guests, but each time room service came, they only left 4 towels. We had to request additional towels each time. Overall, do not recommend.

I had a tremendous stay, this was the best spring break vacation ever. Thanks to the Holiday inn staff. Not only was it our first time in Orlando the experience was amazing. I arrived early around 9:30am, I know check in time is at 4pm. However, the nice young lady that was working on 4/19morning pre checked me in so my family and I can enjoy the resort. I thought that was very nice of her. She informed me that I will receive a text when my room was ready, by the time I returned back from Walmart I received a "your room is ready text".

The check-in location was confusing. The front desk was short staffed to 1 person. Multiple times I requested additional bedding, which finally came 7 hours later at 10pm. The sheets seemed like they were not changed. There was a sucker stuck to it. And the bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. Music played from around 8 am until at least 9pm like it was a Vegas pool party. The only positive review is that it was spacious for a family of 5.

A horrible experience I waited 3 hours after my check in time which was 4pm by the way. My kids bunk bed was broken and also had disgusting stains on the sheets the pool was so dirty nothing but bandages and hair every where , staff is so lazy they can’t even put the plastic bad in the can . You can not walk around bear footed the floors are disgusting, my brother had a connecting room and had the same problems. will never ever stay here again absolutely a nightmare

The hotel’s appearance does not compare to pictures. Under construction with one pool closed. Food at food court was terrible. Light switches didn’t turn on lights. Toilet always clogged. Shower water was either cold to unbearable hot. Was not able to get it to a warm temp!
