We were really disappointed with our stay here. Cons: The two beds in our room were fulls, not queens. The pillows were worn down and almost felt like pieces were missing. The “free breakfast” we’ve always enjoyed at HIs was actually a “Fee Breakfast” and I must have misread. The AC in our room clearly wasn’t removing moisture as it took our entire stay for our suits to dry out…after more than 30 hours they were still soggy. The shuttle was late. The salesperson for their promo code was fairly aggressive. The construction was inconvenient. Pros: Front desk staff was nice. They tried to make things right and gave us a new room. The pool was well maintained and nice. It was just all a cluster. We had a great trip but when we reminisce we don’t think of the hotel fondly.

My friend and I been to some other places and stayed at the hotel/air B and B. All of them have complimentary water/coffee provided inside the respective rooms and even have free breakfast.My friend visited her friend who stayed at the Holiday Inn at the other state and the hotel even provided water and coffee to drink for the visitors while waiting at the lobby that’s why she was the one who suggested Holiday Inn hotel for us to stay. But unfortunately, It haven’t met our expectation. We travelled all the way from New York City and It will be a big help if you can provide your visitor some water to drink after arrival while familiarizing the place esp those visitor who just came to visit coming from the other place.

I have to say I originally booked a Suite but found out later that it was to small for the group I had. Max went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that fit all the needs of the 10 people I was with. To be honest the hotel is under construction right now so the lobby isnt to pleasant but good things to come from what I was told. The parking is expensive being we never left the parking lot and still had to pay 82.00 for the three days we were there. Max really made the stay amazing always greeting my group when we came in or even left. The electrician that was there in the night we checked in was super friendly too, I dont recall his name but he had braids and was so helpful making sure are rooms were good as well. To check into a hotel and have a friendly professional welcome makes the start to any trip a great one. Thank you guys!!!!!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn across from Universal Studios Florida and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Sabrina, who went above and beyond — both over email and on the phone — to answer all my questions before I even arrived. This was my first time in Orlando, and she made me feel so prepared and welcomed. The location couldn’t be more convenient — literally right across the street from Universal! The shuttle service to the parks was perfectly on time, and honestly, the walk isn’t bad at all if you prefer that (15min) . The night before our 2-day park adventure, I even used the public transportation right outside the hotel to get to a nearby grocery store. It was super easy to navigate. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Universal Orlando
