Place is beautiful I like the kitchen it’s feels like homey … But what I don’t like they don’t in the website like here in Expedia or when you checked in that you’ll be charged for parking .. Normally parking is free when you are already a guest in the hotel

Great hotel, we stayed for 1 week and our stay was wonderful. We visited Universal Studios for 3 days and we loved it. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the slide. There’s a Target closed by and a few restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Orlando

Not a "Hilton experience" at all! 1. As I arrived to the property, a $25/night parking fee was imposed, which was not explained during the booking process. In total, it was a $50 expense, which represented a 25% increase from the original booking price. 2. Then, we stayed 2 nights and they didn't make the bed in-between. I mean, really? Why is that? And please don't tell me it is due to Covid restrictions... that's just nonsense... 3. The cherry on top is that breakfast is served until 9am!!! For real??? The hotel serves visitors to Disney parks, which usually stay until midnight at the parks, and are very tired the next morning, needing a good rest. You should serve breakfast until 11am, at least! That would give people enough time to wake up, get the kids ready and go downstairs for breakfast. It was really crazy to miss the 2 included breakfast for the 3 of us during our stay... Not staying here ever again!!!

Very close to parks, new and clean. Enjoyed the pool, and great daily breakfast was included. Having a target and Walgreens a minute walk away was a plus. Lots of restaurants like Wendy's, Dominos, and a few others made picking up guick dinners a breeze after long days at Disney. Also appreciated having a kitchen in the room and self service laundry. Would definitely recommend
