Hotel Landy, Orlando.

Hotel Landy this beautifully decorated and very clean. Lots of staff on hand cleaning and picking up after the guests. We were greeted with a smile and by Tiffany at the front desk who has such a nice disposition. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and her partner at the front desk offered and got us a glass of champagne, that was so nice!! Our room was very nice and clean with a nice pool side view. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me. Breakfast in the morning was very good as was the service. Thank you Hotel Landy we will be back!!

Wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were spaces and very comfortable; we stayed in a junior sweet with our two daughters (sofa bed with trundle is genius!) - They slept so well and so did we in our king bed! The food was really delicious! We also enjoyed the patio games and making new friends by the pool. We look forward to staying there again.

The best check in. Front desk was very friendly and kind. They checked us in very quickly which was super nice. Room service is very slow: if you need any coffee or tea just order it at least 1 hour earlier.

Hotel Landy was a dream. We came here for our honeymoon, and we were treated with such kindness and care. We truly loved our receptionist Adrian who was so attentive to each of our needs. Adrian please keep making people’s stays unforgettable Our Junior Suite was extremely comfortable and had a great view of Universal. I would highly recommend Landy to any couple looking to relax and have fun at Universal as well. 10/10 Our only gripe was that parking was a bit expensive per night, and is not included with the room. The breakfast option at the hotel was also very good and the cafe staff were also super friendly. Other than that , we hope to return to Landy soon. The hotel itself is also gorgeous

I loved everything about this hotel. Where you sleep during vacation is so important and this definitely made a difference during my trip. I would 100 percent recommend. The view is nice, the city life is such a close walking distance, about 10 mins and if you don’t feel like walking, a cab is no more than $7 lol

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. As I arrived to the hotel and as I checked in the hotel front desk employee let me know that they did not have any hot water at the hotel. I arrived on a Saturday night and he let me know it wouldn’t be back on until Sunday possibly Monday but might be Tuesday! & that I had two options. One could be to get a full refund and pretty much go find another hotel to stay in, or I could stay with my reservation and will be refunded for the nights that there was no water. There was no hot water for most of my stay as the water did not come back on until Tuesday! When I tried to get my refund the same employee told me to just call the booking agency that I had booked with and they will call over to the hotel and they will then approve my refund. I called and they quickly let me know that the hotel was not approving any refunds?!! I went down to the main lobby as he was still there and he completely acted like he forgot about me and he never told me that when I had just talked to him 10 minutes prior to the booking agency calling them! I am just completely dissatisfied with the service. If they were not authorized to approve any refunds then why even offer that to begin with. The staff itself was just not helpful at all.
