We rented through Vstays. While the resort itself was beautiful, upon arrival we had issues with the company. First, there was no coffee pot in the cottage. After finally getting through to someone, a coffee pot was delivered. We went to the resort convenience store and were informed they did not sell coffee or filters. We would need to go to Target (10 pm at night). Then, the next morning we found out the pool and hot tub pump were not on. Called to get this fixed. That evening, hot tub was still cold. We were told they would need to switch the heating choice to hot tub, and that we should have received an email with options to request this prior to check in. We never did, nor did I get one in my Spam. I also let them know I never received the confirmation receipt of payment I had asked for twice, both over the phone and via email. After the pool/hot tub working for 1 day, we returned from Epcot to find it cold again. Then we were told we needed to run the hot tub jets for 20 minutes to warm it up. This changed to temp to luke-warm. Upon check-in, I arranged a late check-out (leaving at 1 pm instead of 11 am), which is an option if you pay $150. That morning we went to the resort pool. I returned to find many missed calls and a message left of my phone at 11:23 am that we were to vacate immediately. If our luggage was not removed, they would need to remove it. I called multiple times and finally got an answer. I was told there was nothing in my account regarding a late checkout. I let her know that I indeed set it up upon arrival, agreeing to pay the $150. She tried to tell me it would be $300 (which is only if you stay until 4). I corrected her. I also let her know of the many unfortunate issues we had that we would not expect when paying so much. I am not one to complain, but felt it was frustrating to pay for a pool and service, but not get it. At this time, she said she would send me the email address of her supervisor so I could contact him. She never did.
