The hotel was great in all but one issue. I start with the pros. The hotel has gotten an obvious (recent) upgrade and was stunning. The pool, restaurant, gym and even the majority of our room was top notch The con. This hotel clearly has cheaped out on the pull out couches in the rooms. The mattress was so thin that I could feel the supports of the bed below me and so could my 50lbs son. For such a great hotel I am very saddened that the sleeping was hindered by the clear oversight of purchasing a mattress of quality for the pull out couch. I note that I tried two other rooms with pull out couches and they were the same. This was not a one room issue

Matthew Made Our Stay Incredible! This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is spotless, stylish, and so well thought out. The attention to detail really shows, and it honestly feels way more high-end than most of the nearby Disney resorts I’ve stayed at. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Matthew. He treated us with the utmost kindness and professionalism and really made us feel like valued guests. We were curious about the different floor plans for the rooms and he thouroughly explained each one and gave us his recommendations. Customer service like that is so hard to find these days. We will absolutely book this hotel any chance we get and we will be recommending it to everyone we know!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Matthew at the front desk I stayed at Kompose Hotel recently and had a great experience, thanks to Matthew at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist me and made check-in smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests, and Matthew definitely stood out. Big thanks to him and the Kompose team for making my visit so comfortable! Brand new hotel with an awesome swimming pool and bar!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is very convenient and close to stores, restaurants and parks. Will definitely return to this or any other property.

It just opened when we stayed and we got a good rate. It was just my daughter and I, and we felt safe. My daughter loved the pool — it wasn’t too crowded but she found friends to play with in the morning. The only negative was that the bed was super uncomfortable and the decor in the halls was a little haphazard.

The room was very nice and appeared clean, but we did find cleaning lacking around the back area of the bed's legs. There had apparently been recent extermination of ants and there were many tiny dead ants in those corners. It sounds worse than it was. It was only in those corners (of both beds) so it was obviously missed by housekeeping. There were no signs of living incects of any kind, and the rest of the room was immaculate. I did report it on checkout (we only stayed one night). The beds were king sized, and very comfortable. They had a refrigerator and a keurig with some starter pods. The only other thing about the room is it could really use some more light, maybe something overhead. There were only small lamps very close to the floor to light most of the room. The bathroom was really nice. Great showers, water nice and hot. We had gotten free breakfast and free parking with our package. Breakfast was simple, but a great selection and plentiful. The pool looked nice but we didn't utilize it. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I would stay here again anytime.

I stayed two nights and loved it. The location was ideal—just an 8-minute drive to Hollywood Studios, which was the focus of my trip. They provided a helpful info sheet at check-in, which I really appreciated. The lobby was a standout with its striking art and statues, and the pool area looked gorgeous. I used the gym—small but decently equipped—and the $6 breakfast was a favorite: eggs, protein, toast, yogurt, waffles, coffee, and more. Great value. My unit felt like a mini apartment—spacious, clean, and well-designed. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Kompose and would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean but not practical

It’s a nice hotel, the lobby is fun and quirky. Very clean. We checked in on-line since we were arriving late at night. On-line check in stated there would be a kiosk in the lobby we would use once we arrived to get our room key. On-line check in also stated breakfast was free. There was no kiosk when we arrived. And our on-line check in confused the gal at the front desk. We were told breakfast has a fee per person. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The bedside tables are so low they’re not useful and the lamps on the bedside table because they’re so low are not useful either. No overhead lighting in the room. No where to put your luggage to open them. Not even a luggage rack. The room was very humid. When we got up the following morning we felt damp. Our clothes we laid out the previous night were damp. The paper the front desk gave us was limp from the damp. For us this was fine for a one night stay, but for myself I wouldn’t want to stay here longer than one night. Price was great for Orlando area. Pool area looked good. Rooms need a little more in the way of practicality and utility.

I would give the hotel 5 stars, all the amenities, the service, the cleanliness, the modernity, everything is perfect... except for the mattresses, especially the mattress in the pull-out bed, you can feel the springs and it hurts your back... but the hotel is great

The staff was excellent but the rooms have been updated yet still need some love. Sugar ants where also and issue and the frame the mattress rest on makes noise when you roll over. I would stay again but only if I find a good deal.
