Where do I begin?
The positives -it was a pretty condo with nice furnishings.
And then the negatives -
1. Ants throughout the property. In the kitchen, master bedrooms, couches, and bathrooms.
2. Uncaring management group -we reported the issue soon after arriving about 8pm. After an hour and two different representatives, we were told that we had to prove that there were and for them to do anything for us. Took many picture and videos of the infestation.
Five hours after the report, we were finally moved. Between that time and pictures, we went back-and-forth with the company, at first to another, let us view it first, then finally would let us know. The time it was about midnight, and we were exhausted. Asked if we could move in the morning. Representative at that point told us that if we didnât write that in there, that we would have to stay at the condo. He did offer to pay for us, fix the problem ourselves⊠Eating that we would have to go and buy chemicals to spray in the condo and the company would reimburse us. Unacceptable! so at 1 oâclock in the morning, weâre finally provided with the code and location of the alternate condo.
