Nice condo

The condo was very nice, clean, and well appointed. No issues with it at all. After my stay, the property management company said I stained the sofa, which I did not, and charged my card 50 for cleaning. The photo of the stain wasn’t dated and they didn’t have one from before my stay showing no stain. I did not even know part of the sofa pulled out and that’s where the stain was. They don’t have definitive proof and charged me anyway. Beware of going through them. If you do, make sure to take pics or videos of the entire property upon arrival so you don’t get charged with cleaning/damage you didn’t cause.

It was ok.

Overall, it was a decent stay. However, I really didn't like a couple things... For one, the floor was dirty. Some towels had stains on them, or hair from previous people. Yuck! Also, when I was debating whether to stay here or at another resort, I chose this one because of the lazy river. My daughter is handicapped, and flowing water helps her muscles relax. During my whole stay, however, we were only able to go into the pool TWICE. They close the WHOLE area down, when there are merely clouds in the area. Since I noticed they had this issue, I would call before making my 10 minute drive to the pool to make sure I didn't make my daughter go through all that pain and discomfort in vain. They would tell me it's open on the phone, but when we'd get there, they'd say they closed because of "Thunder". They would give me attitude and get upset when I asked "Is your pool open?", which in my opinion is a valid question as I paid for it. On top of that, one of the two times I even made it into the pool, when they were telling everyone to leave the pool because of the supposed "thunder" the lady was very rude as she asked everyone to leave. she was very unpleasant. As I stated before, it was ok overall... However, I think they take for granted that no one is going to complain, and now that I'm back home, I kind of regret not having said anything...

Beautiful Home

This was a very nice home away from home! We will definitely stay here if ever in the area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home and had a quick ride to the Disney area. The only issue we had was not knowing which door was ours. We went to the front door (which is the logical thing to do) but our key code did not work. The maintenance man arrived promptly and went to a door on the side of the house (not even visible from the road). It would have been helpful to know that in our check in instructions. But after that everything was great!

Comfortable stay for our family…

The condo was comfortable and as advertised. The community amenities were great. I do wish there was more communication regarding the check-in process. There is construction happening at one entrance from google maps, so we had to find another entrance who then told us we needed to go to the main gate for our guest pass. Providing the address to the main gate would have saved us some time after 15 hours in the car, but once we got beyond the check-in everything was smooth. Traffic to and from Orlando and this location was pretty insane, so don’t plan to get anywhere quickly.

We stayed to test out snow-birding. Very nice place with good management response. If you're planning on cooking while there, you should bring what you need, don't assume what you need will be there for you. Super Walmart 15 minutes up Rt.27 and many places to eat and drink. Hospital 14 minutes just before Walmart. Publix supermarket (very nice) is 5 minutes outside development. Champions Gate shopping and food 10 minutes as is access to Rt.4.

Beautiful little home

Everything was super clean and decorated so nicely. What I would add to the condo would be a few of the usual condiments that you would need in case you forget yours at home and need to cook because I sure forgot mine. Overall we had a wonderful time.

First off there are outdoor cameras that were not disclosed in details. I told the management right away and told them to disconnect them. IHM decided to take 15 hours to contact me on this issue. Their response to turning the cameras off was that they didn’t have a way to contact the homeowners (not true at all). They told me the camera was there for security. So apparently it’s very unsafe to stay at this place. I didn’t know we were staying at someplace unsafe.Upon arriving we saw that the freezer door was broken and so was the couch armrest. But the couch is very dirty and smelly so we didn’t use it at all the entire trip. We also had to clean as soon as we arrived. There was tons of dog hair all over the floor. There was no batteries in their remotes for the tv. There are no channels to watch tv so if you are looking to watch sports it doesn’t exist. At least half of the light bulbs were burnt out. They offer 1 roll of toilet paper/ paper towels that are the cheapest you can find. I travel a lot and have never had a place be so cheap. All the places I have ever stayed at give you a gift to welcome you like a bottle of wine. Their state of the art appliances is a cheap coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The internet went out several times. We had to clean several things. The outdoor table hadn’t been washed in several months. Very filthy. There are ongoing parties in the neighborhood all weekend long with music blaring til after 12am.

Beautiful Place

Our stay here for my daughter's birthday was great! It was clean and welcoming when we walked in. The check in process was easy and they followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Orlando area.
