We stayed there for a Disney trip so we weren’t there very much which was great because this place is a place to just lay your head, get some brekkie in the AM and some coffee before you leave all day. My only gripe is that they are a remodeled and they smell it and are a little rough around the edges. Not a fan of the extra fees per day for the stay, and I wish they would actually clean the floors. We don’t wear shoes in our rooms and our feet/socks were incredibly dirty. I prefer clean floors.

The room was clean! The light switches to light over the sink and in the water closet quit working on our last night in the middle of the night. We just dealt with it. Staff were wonderful! And prompt. Breakfast had zero space for people to turn around in. Coffee was good and extremely hot. Line for the waffle maker was very long, did not get to try it. Parking spaces were very tight for our full sized van. And at times very busy, with people abandoning running vehicles in inconvenient places that limited the rear exit.... Location was extremely convenient for our trip which included a concert in disney springs. Not quiet as large groups get back from being at the nearby theme parks. Our room door allowed a lot of outside air exchange, like it had suffered being slammed with something blocking the bottom of the door, repeatedly. And our upstairs neighbor's foot steps were heard very easily. They had a child who was a stomper but I could hear other footsteps too. For the price, overall a pretty good experience. Would go again.

Room was clean, very basic and exactly as pictured. Bed was comfortable, clean soft linens, plenty of big pillows. Lighting was lacking during the day, but plenty crept in under the door at night. Smiling breakfast hostess was always busy. Hot options were rotated, needed some fruit.

It was definitely a great value. We just needed a place to shower and sleep. This was perfect for the very reasonable rate they charge. We were in town for the Amusement parks so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. I would stay there again assuming the rates were similar. A great value in my opinion.

We either freeze or we're is a damp room. The furniture is damaged from the dampness. Our clothes where damp and our book pages curled from the humidity. I cancelled the stay after two miserable nights. Staff was good they tried to help, but the issue is with the building and the 2 in gap around the door frame.

Terrible staff. Water leaking from the AC units everywhere. The whole property is moist. The landline in the room was not working. No one came to fix it even after reporting more than once. Breakfast was good though.
