1. Cleanliness – there were long hairs in towels that were folded and that were supposed to be clean. There were also hairs on the floor in the family area on the area rug. The floor was not Swept well2. Theater chairs are very uncomfortable and unusable so we could not use the theater that was in the garage3. We had to go and purchase plug-in air fresheners, and spray because the house had a odor when we arrived

Family vacation and cheer competition

We came to Florida for my granddaughter's Summit cheer competition and stayed for 8 days to make a vacation out of it. This house was perfect for us. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us all. Communication with the owner and check in process was top notch. We will definitely stay here again. My family and I traveled to Orlando for the College Cheer National competition. This house provided everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were equipped with all the essentials, beds were not that comfortable but served the purpose. The kitchen was spacious and had all the things you would need. The gated community was very nice for added security and the location was perfect. Check-in was very easy, the neighborhood was great and staff at the clubhouse were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Séjour parfait !

La villa était conforme à l'annonce👌 Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Les enfants ont adorés les univers des chambres, la Game room, la piscine et le spa ! L'hôte a été agréable et très réactif pour répondre à nos questions pour passer une semaine vraiment au top !

Great Time!

We stayed a week for fall break and loved the property. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day of our trip. The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants as well as all of Disney. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. This house is walking distance to the club house and pool which was amazing! The clubhouse has a store with basic items and ice cream as well as a restaurant/bar. We will absolutely be staying at this property on the future. Thank you!

Nice Stay

We stayed for 6 days at Magic Escape. We enjoyed the house. The location is really good. About 15 minutes from Disney. There are plenty of places to eat and shop close. The pool and hot tub were clean. The included hot tub heat was a plus. The house is clean and well stocked. The theatre area was nice also. The check-in was a breeze. Communication was very good. We would stay here again in the future.

Grandparents Florida trip

The Perfect home away from home!

This property was exactly as advertised. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and both very clean and the hot tub was heated, perfect to come home to after long days out. Our kids loved the game room and movie room. Having the gas grill was perfect for outdoor cooking. The community pool was a great way for our kids to enjoy with other families. It also had a hot tub, community game room, store for snacks and essentials, and a small restaurant to order food and a bar for drinks. Also a volleyball area, basketball, and tennis courts. It is within walking distance from the house. The house was perfectly located with easy distance to all the parks. It only took us about 15 min to get to Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Parking at the park was so easy in and out with no problem at all. Having a full house with a private pool was much better than staying at a Disney property and no hassle at all of waiting for buses back and forth. We could come and go to the parks as we please. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet, the gated community was reassuring as there were nights out teens wanted to stay home while we went out to dinner. Also only 30 minutes from the airport, about 5 minutes to a super Walmart so convenient for all essentials. All and all the perfect place to stay not a single thing I would change about the location or home.

Great Stay

The house was very clean and comfortable (could have used a few more items like kitchen towels, grilling accessories and maybe some pool toys). Beds were comfortable, shower was great and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the neighborhood (did not use the clubhouse at all) and how easy it was to get to everything we wanted (grocery store, Disney World, Universal, etc.). With all that being close, we did not feel like we were in the middle of it all at the resort which was what we were looking for. Half our vacation was exploring and half was relaxing by the pool and hot tub - met all our expectations. We will certainly give Paul a shout when we visit again!

Great house in a great location

Windsor Palms is a very nice gated community with easy access to all that the area offers. Unlike most, we did not go to visit Disney or Universal. We are golfers, and while we played 2 Disney courses, we didn't visit any theme parks or other local attractions. There are many excellent golf courses within an easy drive and, of course, an almost unlimited choice of nearby restaurants. The house was exactly as advertised in text and photos. We would definitely rent there again.

Excellent Host, Comfortable Place to Stay

Paul was an excellent host. He was communicative, polite, and prompt with all of his interactions with me. The hot tub and pool heat were not working when we arrived, and this was taken care of the next morning. The property was visibly clean; however, there was quite a bit of dust on the ceiling fans, so we did not use them. This property also does not have any wash cloths and the silverware was lacking in quantity. It did have plenty of cookware, plates, bowls, and cups. The beds and furniture were comfortable with plenty of seating; however, the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. Overall, we found this property to be a nice place to stay, and we would stay here again.

Perfect vacation rental

We had a great time staying at Magic Escape over the March break of 2023. The house is well decorated, was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was excellent for our visit. I really appreciated the basics that are left for renters such as a variety of spices, dishwashing and laundry tabs, and paper products. You will need to get some more over the week, but the starter package is very helpful. We have rented several homes in Florida over the years and this is a top contender and I would absolutely consider it for future visits to the Orlando area. Additionally, the owner's communication was excellent and appreciated. Thanks Paul!

Made our 1st trip to Disney amazing!

The location of this house is perfect! It's central to both Disney and Universal. Easy to find with lots of places to eat and shop (i.e., Walmart, gift shops) nearby. Gated community with strict HOA - felt safe and secure. Seven people ranging in age from 6 to 56 stayed in this house with zero issues! Will definitely use this place again!
