Air Conditioning has to work properly?

Just disappointed. The early check in was great and overall the resort is clean. The room view was great. Pool area at 9:00 on memorial day was great. See pic. Just stinks because the AC system in that room is terrible. Never really cooled down and the AC just guit around 1:30 am and we were not moving our kids to another room at that time in the morning. Was promised a partial refund but we’ll see if that actually happens

Everything was great, room was clean and ample space. The only 2 things that I can say needed some improvement are check in and blankets. I waited about 30 mins to be able to check into the hotel bc the two people that were assisting with check in were new and continued going to the back to ask questions however once a third person came to assist with check ins and it was finally my turn the staff member was great in checking me in and even gave me this delicious coconut rum punch…the room was great I just think they should of had additional blankets because the blankets they had were very light weight but still great.

My most favorite part was the fact that we were there way beore check in time which usually happens but they had a area where we could change our clothes and have a pool time until our room was available. This hotel was great! Close to Disney parks and lots of restaurants. The property is beautiful and has been well kept up. Everything was clean. Pool area was beautiful. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We will 100% be returning back to Margaritaville resort Orlando in the future. Everything from check in to check out was simple and easy. The pool was fantastic, we spent most days here and the servers were attentive. The free waterpark tickets were a great bonus, a great day out for both kids and adults. Sunset walk is in a great location to the resort with lots of dining and shopping options for everyone. We ended up with a 5th floor room and could see fireworks every night to; a perfect way to end a day. Staff were helpful and friendly Again, we will definitely be returning in the future. If you’re hesitating to book here, then don’t. You won’t be disappointed !

We were guests at the hotel for 2 nights. To our surprise, we received an upgrade to our reservation for a suite. Our upgrade turned out to be the Presidential/Jimmy Buffet Suite. Amazing!!! Not only was it HUGE and beautifully furnished, the suite was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. To enhance our stay, every single staff member was awesome. Every interaction was met with a friendly, eager to please attitude. Hated to leave.
