The only problem we had was waking up to a pool of water that was coming from the pipe behind the toilet and seeing the toilet dirty on that side. It look like urine on the outside left side of the toilet. House keeping did clean it right

The only issue is that i left my expensive speaker i called and left a report no one has called me to tell me it was found and i know it was in my room when I left and whoever cleaned that room after i left i know found it why haven’t they returned it.

Some of staff were mean/rude from cleaning service to food counter staff and grounds staff. The cleaning room service does not change sheets for a week stay Sunday 8/31-Sunday 9/7. If you do not answer door when cleaning staff knocks at 830am, they do not give you clean towels- remove trash or make the bed. Cleaning service person actually yelled at me when she woke me up answering the knock on the door. There were black marks on bed sheets top cover and cover/ blanket that they rolled over not to be seen. Clean white towel had purple thick stuff embedded in towel fibers. Hotel was under construction and blocked off paths and grounds people were -cutting drivers off in their golf carts. There were very few friendly employees at this facility.

Perfect for one night and maybe more

Perfect for our be night 2 day Universal trip. Would be a great place for longer trip with all the activities they offer each day and being so close to Universal.
