This home was perfect for our group stay in Orlando. We were in the area completing an overnight construction project and this space gave us the privacy we needed as a group.
The host proactively communicated and was quick to respond when needed, which wasn't often. The kitchen and great room exceeded expectations. Open concept was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.
The house was beautiful and very clean. Very convenient to UCF, which was the reason for our stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property.
The house was lovely just as in the pictures . The only thing was there were towels but no washcloths, the grill was usable but in bad shape. However , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Everything about the house and property is very good for the price. The place was spotless and the host was very responsive. The house is just a little off the main roads which made it a little less appealing but the interior and pool compensated for the location.
This home was perfect for what we needed. The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan that leads to the kitchen and dining room area. The kids LOVED the backyard pool. Pool towels, shower towels and hand towels are available; however, you to have to bring your own face rags if you want them. Everything else we needed was there. The kitchen has very nice and modern appliances. We were only in town for a few days but everything we needed was within a few minutes drive. We will definitely look for this place again on our next trip.
The description is true to form for this house. We hosted a large family holiday dinner, and while the table only sat 8, there was plenty of extra seating on the patio and the kitchen island for our group of 15. The kitchen had every gadget and appliance you could need and the house overall was spotless. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and overall, it was a great experience.
I selected this because of location and it had a pool. Little did I know that the pool would need to be cleaned and no one used it because it was so cold. There was no way to secure the gate which was on the side of the house. Not so much for security but because that meant anyone could gain access to the pool and probably the house. I left detergent (there was none) and trash bags and cleaned the all the towels we used. I cleaned debris from the pool to include a doggy poop bag, a water bottle, and quite a few leaves that could not have allowed the water to be filtered. We did not see any instructions so I had to contact owner regarding remotes. I guess weâve gotten used to having instructions printed for all to follow so it was a shocking change when I had to contact the owner for instructions on the remote. I cleaned the towels and swept the floors before we left.
