Loved this place, it was so clean and spacious. But also checking in was a bit stressful, they were very strict and for some reason they didn't have the list of people staying that I had sent so we had to contact the rental company since there was no individual host number. Took about 40 mins on the phone to fix it, we weren't let into the neighborhood until this was solved. Make sure to call the company ahead of time to make sure they have everything before you arrive so that you won't run into this issue!

Family getaway

Location of the home is within minutes of key stores and restaurants. The house is set up with a eco friendly thermostat that had to be adjusted for family comfortable. Overall the house was great for our family.

Pros: The house was a great size for our group. The pool was wonderful, kitchen was well equipped and love that there were beverage fridges. The rooms were perfect for the 14 people staying everyone was comfortable. Check in and check out was easy.Cons: The cleaning company was not done cleaning the house until 45 mins AFTER our check in time and they didn't even complete cleaning the floor, there were gross false eyelashes on the lanai and crumbs and hair everywhere on the floor. There were several broken pieces of furniture and one of the wine fridges had a broken door. No fans in some of the rooms made it very hot and the AC was not flowing well.

we had plenty of space for a family of 20.The carpet is filthy definitely in the main walking areas. The stairs carpet is nasty and my second thing would be the AC. You are in Florida and temperature can get up to 102 keeping the AC at 74 would not cut it you need to adjust the AC to lease 70 to cool up upstairs of the house most of my family members complain about how hot it was upstairs definitely at night if you’re not planning on adjusting the AC at least put in ceiling fans in the rooms or in the areas where is normally hot at

Beautiful home, but many stained and broken furniture

The home was beautiful, however the chaise portion was very stained, the footrest of 2 of the bar chairs were broken. Several of the dining room chairs were badly stained. The patio lock was busted and would not lock. We placed a call to the property mgr to raise concern and to request it be repaired, but no one came. Our family still had a good time but I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.

Great for families with children!!!

The house had plenty of room for our family of 19. The house is clean and is easy to access. Location is great! Close to everything. The only con... the AC was not properly installed, so needed to stay between 74-78 degree. If we tried to drop it lower than 74, it would freeze up. In Florida, August is middle of summer season, so house was hot!!! If AC was working good, it would have been a perfect stay!

Nice house, We enjoyed our stay!!!

My family and I stayed at this property for thanksgiving. I must say, we truly enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and clean. We were offered an opportunity to check in earlier than usual, with no charge and also a late check out for a small fee. Our only takeaway was parking your only allowed 4 parking spots but we ended up having 5 cars due to a family member working late and couldn't carpool so we were worried about getting towed but i spoke to one of the security guard who informed me that there was extra parking at the clubhouse. I believe any home that has more than 8 bedrooms should have more than 1 refrigerator. Most properties that we stayed previously, had 2 refrigerators. Most of our leftovers went bad because we had nowhere to store them. Apart from that, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Dissatisfaction

As for the home itself. Upon arrival to the home at 4:15. The home was still being worked on. Several bags of trash were outside the home in the entry way. We walked inside and found the cleaning service working. Was told that they are nearly completed and would 5 more mins. Our vehicle was full of groceries and asked if we could at least bring in those items while the final touches were being completed. We walked around the home and were immediate overwhelmed with the smell of marajuna. The master bedroom has the worst of it. Seems that the prior group that rented this home smoked marajuna throughout the home. There were also plastic bags covering the smoke detector in the bedrooms where they were smoking. The home also had a smell similar to almost vomit. It seemed like the floors were wiped with perhaps an old un washed mop. The floors were sticky. Now the kitchen, the stove has burnt residue stuck on the glass top around the burners. We found rice grains and cheese on the counter tops. We also found dirty dishes that we had to be washed. The refrigerator is not cooling properly since we arrived and brought it to the cleaning crews attention. The refrigerator was already set to the highest setting for several hours with no improvement. A Bathroom upstairs is clogged and there is no plunger. There is no HOT water With all these issues and frustration, I have to say that my family and I feel cheated. Putting together such a trip from Houston has left us disappointed with this first part of our trip so far. We have since gone out to purchase, cleaning supplies, mop, clorox wipes, floor cleaner, candles and other items to clean the house ourselves. Attached are pictures of what we found, videos of us re-cleaning the home and picture of the receipt for supply we purchased.
