We had several issues with the property, but mostly involved the terrible communication with the property manager (host). In preparation for this trip, we peppered the host with questions about amenities. Every answer we received was either misleading, or completely inaccurate. In the listing, the property states "The pool heating service is onlyavailable from November to the end of April." No fee is mentioned until you book. I challenged this because the wording is misleading, but the host dismissed my concerns. We asked if the property has a Keurig Coffee Maker, the host said "No." And they did have a Keurig on the counter when we arrived. We could have saved money by bringing k-cups from home. We asked if the property has pool toys, and the host said "No, but feel free to bring your own. " And they did have a giant box of pool toys by the pool. Very frustrating, especially after we filled a suitcase full of pool toys and brought it to Florida, unnecessary.Additionally, there was garbage floating in the pool, and also trash in some of the dresser drawers we wanted to use. The property offers one toilet paper paper role per bathroom, and anything beyond that is the guest's responsibility. What bothered us, was the toilet paper roles were partially used and one bathroom's role was almost completely gone. Lastly, there are several signs hanging up around the property about "fees" for this and "fees" for that. It came across as threatening, rather than inviting.
