Clean rooms and very nice staff. I wish the breakfast was able to be taken to our rooms as the breakfast area gets very busy and I was here solo, I felt bad taking a table for just me. There also was not a ton of variety in the breakfast food.

There is much to say about this hotel. It was pretty clean and the beds were good. That said, the bathroom door didn't close at all and the room door didnt block any noise from the corridor. We were given a family room on the first floor which I dont understand, as this was the corridor where everyone needed to pass going to the breakfast room. Breakfast was very moderate and 1 day there were no plates and no place to sit. Bathroom floor was partly crumbled as they used regular laminate. Rooms are relatively big.

The accommodations offered a generally positive experience, as evidenced by favorable guest feedback. Nonetheless, the room sizes were somewhat limited, and parking in designated areas presented certain difficulties. Moreover, the gate's stopping point lacked adequate illumination, especially during nighttime, which could potentially lead to guest confusion. Furthermore, extending the breakfast hours by one hour could enhance guest satisfaction. Finally, the children's play area requires secure gating.

The property was nice and clean, but the noise from the outside was bad.. we could hear the music blaring from cars clearly from our room and the walls felt paper thin because we could hear our neighbors talking and crying babies so clearly.

Hotel was okay, went for a post cruise night, good place to crash for the night. Didn't like the resort fee especially since we went got back to the hotel at 2 am from HHN and checkout was at 11 am. Didn't take advantage of any of the amenities but still had to pay

Horrible hotel. Toilet seat broken, cold food, hair in food. Rude staff. Rufuses to give money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, even if it’s was the last place on earth.

Breakfast was very nice however I was a little sad that the meat choice was only pork. Everything else was superb. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional 10/10. Pool was nice, the property was beautifully decorated and the amenities were awesome. The staff although friendly was not knowledgeable about the establishment, I asked for adjoining rooms for my group and was assured we were, only to find out we were not in adjoining rooms. The staff went by a list and not knowledge of the actual facility, we would stay again. This hotel was definitely a 10/10.
