We stayed as a family at Park Place in August 2024, and in over 20 years of visiting the Orlando area, this property was most definitely the best we have ever experienced.
The pictures online matched the property and quality exactly, the owners were helpful and very responsive and the location is perfect for local shopping, dining and of course visiting the attractions.
We particularly liked the theatre/cinema in the garage and we used the pool frequently. We particularly liked the outdoor seating.
The kitchen was well stocked and the large capacity laundry was very useful, easy to use and quick.
There were ample towels - both bathroom and pool towels for all of our family.
Location was wonderful - it took approximately 7 mins to drive to Animal Kingdom parking lot (via Sherberth Road), about 10 mins to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, and 12 mins to Magic Kingdom. The Vineland outlets and Disney Springs are about a 15-20min drive and the Florida Mall around 30mins. Orlando International Airport was less than 40min drive.
Local to the property there are multiple dining locations - many chain restaurants, including Keke's breakfast cafe, Millar's Ale House, Chuy's, Panda Express, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chick-fil-A, etc.
There is a Walmart within 1 mile and a Publix approximately 2 miles away.
We did also take an Uber to EPCOT which cost about $17-$20 (for an Uber XL).
The house is spacious, bright and modern, and we will most definitely be rebooking for a future date.
