When we arrived after midnight from our flight the gate was closed and the QR code and manual keycode that we were given didn't work. After receiving a couple of different QR codes that all didn't work, we ended up getting in from someone who pulled up behind us. Finally getting to our house, the code to get in didn't work either. The lock is very finicky and the unlock/lock is one button that you have to carefully press on one side or the other or the code won't go through. All that to say, arrival was rough and not user friendly. When we woke up the first morning the pool was only half filled. They sent out a pool maintenance company, but it took a day to fill and treat and it never had time to even get to the outdoor temperature -- so it was never used. We thought it had a hottub, but the side appears to just be a kiddie pool with jets. While it was clean, there were not enough towels, blankets and no hand towels or wash cloths were provided. The kitchen didn't even have salt or pepper. The beds had significant sags in the middle so if you were sleeping with someone it was like you were on a blow up mattress. The internet and TV were horrible. We tried watching a family movie in the main living room and it wouldn't even load a main screen. I ended up using my personal hotspot to display a movie we had downloaded for the plane. The bedroom TVs did okay as they had a different streaming platform, but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
