Friendly staff and clean room. Only downfalls was that the TV did not work due to the signal which only the cable company would be able to fix and the AC wasn’t that great, however, it was 93 degrees outside that day. There’s a breakfast which we were grateful for. The area that it is in has shopping and many different eateries around. Honestly, we were happy that it was clean and comfortable. We are not picky people like many others. This was just fine for us. It’s a hotel, so obviously it’s been used. Could things be fixed or upgraded? Sure, but if you expect “perfection” then I suggest paying the very high prices for the very best hotels out there and pass on this one. Personally, we were good with this hotel and will stay again. Personal thanks to Gustavo who tried everything to get the TV to work!

Honestly one of the best hotels in the area went to visit family. Great area great staff everyone was super friendly and professional not to mention this place actually has the pool they’re advertising not like others I’ve been too plus they give a good breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like much was the $100 hold but it’s fine other than that. Had my kids with me as well and it’s family friendly overall comfortable and very clean inside the rooms. What made this place the best tho was the staff thanks will be visiting again
