THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT & FRIENDLY. THAT'S IT. THE UPKEEP OF THE WHOLE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TATTERED. THE IRONING BOARD WAS DIFFICULT TO CLOSE, LEFT IT OPEN. THE TOILET BOWL WAS MISSING A BOLT TO HOLD IT DOWN. THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS GROSS. THE HALLWAY CARPETING SMELLED AWFUL. IN DIRE NEED OF A SHAMPOOING. THE POOL COULD ALSO BE BETTER TENDED TO, WATER SHOLD BE MORE CLEAR. LOOKING OUT OF MY RM 314 COULD SEE THAT THE SPACE FROM THE WINDOW TO THE EDGE OF THE BLG NEEDED TO BE MAINTAINED. MY SISTER WAS W/ME IN 321 AFTER HAVING BEEN PUT INTO A RM THAT HAD A NON WORKING SAFE. DO THEY NOT MAKE SURE THAT THINGS ARE IN ORDER BEFORE PLACING PPL IN THEIR ROOM? THE PLUS WAS THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT & THE 2 PLACES WE WERE GOING TO VISIT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE. PRETTY DISAPPOINTED.

Front desk staff not super helpful, after giving the wrong directions to the room, it wouldn’t open, I was sent back and told to “pull up instead of down to open the handle.” Hotel is old, out dated and looks dirty.

So so. Did the job.

It was overall fairly clean but the bathroom had many cosmetic issues with stains down the wall and ripped wood pieces off the door and trim. The room was spacious but had a microwave and fridge without any paper towel or utensils or anything so this we had to use bathroom towels or Kleenex when we ordered food.
