Only flaws, the baggage cart had flat tires, hard to get extra towels, and I had a late check-in at 11 PM the first night and they still charged $25 for amenities. The pool was closed.

Don't need to say much more than I found literal bedbugs in my bed in the morning. The room was humid, the carpets were damp, the sheets were damp. Upon waking, I found and put THREE separate bedbugs in a bag. Staff was helpful and professional, grounds were great....but....bedbugs.

Everything is good in this hotel. The highest star this hotel needs to get is in shower shampoo and body wash things. All other hotels including high chains hotels are putting their shampoo and body washing products in the refill containers. And you never know who putting in what.you can easily pick up some microbes. And viruses and bad diseases.Especially the coffee is the best coffee you can find in any hotel. I normally doesn’t drink coffee in the hotel but I liked.
