Great location, clean rooms, friendly service. Resort fees a bit much when it’s cold and no use of pools. Also the park shuttles will not wait even a minute for you and only come every hour, so that was not a bonus.

The hotel was really nice and location was very convenient and close to Disney Springs. The room was clean but the bathroom needed some updating. Even though there was a mini fridge in the room, it would have been convenient to have a microwave in the room too. We had to go to the lobby to use one.

Bathroom was not clean. Rooms have had face lift, but overall the place looks worn. Had to repeatedly ask for towels every single day even though our room were cleaned daily, there were never enough towels for the family, although the hotel knew exactly how many were in our party.
