The hot water took forever to go on. I had to take a cold shower the first day. I complained and someone was supposed to fix it, but never did. I just had to run the faucet for 5-6 minutes then switch to shower. The place just had a very 70s-80s vibe.

Disappointing. The rooms were small and there was construction on our floor. The restaurants in the hotel were terrible both in terms of choices and when they were open (who has a restaurant only open 3 hours a day?) Overall while the location was convenient to the convention center, the convenience didn't make up for the so-so nature of the property. Not worth the cost.

The property was convenient to my event's location in the Orange County Convention Center. The property is expensive with very basic rooms. The door to the cabinet with the mini fridge was broken. Staff didn't replace lotion. Staff didn't empty ice bucket. Just very basic for over 350 a night.
