House was beautiful & very clean. Game room cater to older children. Communication was very quick. Internet connection wasn’t the greatest but when I reached out to management about it, they responded quickly.!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Our Stay

We loved all the room at the property. It fit all of our needs. We loved the pool! The outdoor trash cans could have been larger, but liked that the trash was picked up daily. The club house amenities were awesome. TheNeighbors did have fireworks on July 5th up until around 11:00 pm on Saturday night, right in front of our property, which was not great since we were leaving at 6:00 the next morning. Over all we really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious Home

The stat was good. We could tell the cleaning staff didn’t clean immediately prior to us coming as the showers and tubs had dead bugs lining them. The overall house was very spacious and a lot of rooms. Very Adult like and the heated pool was amazing. Note if you are a woman or traveling with women this home as ZERO full length mirrors so you will not be able to see what your entire outfit looks like at all. They have an AC limit which means it gets pretty hot upstairs over night because you can not turn the AC below 72( claims the the unit will freeze) and no ceiling fans in the rooms so you are just left to be hot. We also had someone with ADA Needs and non of the showers had any bars and the shower floors can get really slippery so that was of concern for her. However, loved the location, loved the corner lot, and the overall response from the property manager was great, they came immediately! While there were some cleanliness concerns that need some attention overall I would recommend this house to others traveling and looking for a more grown up accommodation.

Beautiful, spacious home

The house is beautiful and comfortable. We walked in and immediately felt it was spacious enough for our family. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans etc and several coffee makers, including a Keurig.The game room is a bit sparse with just a foosball table and air hockey/ping pong. But that was fine, we still had fun on a rainy afternoon.The bedrooms are all comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were clean and the complimentary soap and shampoo were a nice touch.We had a problem with the cable TV when we arrived. Apparently a recent storm had damaged something, but everything was taken care of as soon as possible.Everyone we interacted with ,either in person or on the phone, was helpful and very friendly.The pool is lovely after a long day in the parks. The little grassy area behind the house was fine to let the dog out. We enjoyed the gas grill as well.My only suggestion would be to provide some plastic cups for by the pool. And some baby/toddler utensils and plates.We absolutely loved our stay in this home and hopefully we'll be able to plan another family vacation soon!

Fantastic House!

This house was excellent! The downstairs great room was huge...like 38'x30'. It had a large family area with TV, a sitting area similar to a formal living room, a large dining table and large kitchen with nearly 20' island with seating. It was just so spacious for a large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Bedding was fine. I like the 10' ceilings and 8' doors on the second floor as well. All toilets, sinks and cabinets in good working order. Oh...nice walk in pantry right off the kitchen too. Plenty of counter space. Nice large master bdrm and bath w/ walk-in closet. The house is due for an interior and exterior paint job but nothing grotesque (and I'm a paint contractor). The exterior pavers around the pool deck need a good cleaning and, as noted in previous reviews, the fridge still has a small leak. Overall I'm very happy with the house. I've stayed at 2-3 large homes in Orlando and several VRBO homes in the carribean. This home was great!

Beautiful Spacious House - Great Location

This is a great house in a perfect location. It was close to everything. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The fridge had a tiny leak and we needed to keep a tea towel under it at all times. Some water pressure issues for upstairs showers but nothing else. It was a great stay and we definitely stay at this house again!!

Great place for a family reunion!

Great home for the family. Loved the clubhouse amenities - sand volleyball was a big hit. Lighted basketball court! We were surprised by the extra coffee makers (4!) and the abundance of kitchenware. Grill was great. Grocery store super close.

Home away from home

The house was comfortable, a few inconveniences, dryer stopped working so we could not do laundry. Three of the rooms the tv did not have cable boxes that worked. Reported same however no resolution. The ice maker on the fridge kept leaking so we had to keep mopping the floor. The chairs at the breakfast counter and patio needs cleaning and upgrading due to stains and wear and tear. Overall as mentioned before comfortable home

My Family Vacation 2024

The house is very nice. It’s huge. But we had a few issues. The handle on the sliding door to the patio was broke(they came out to fixed it) We had a towel under the refrigerator the entire 5 days to make sure nobody fell because water was on the floor. It seems the rubber on the door of the freezer is lose and the ice melts causing it to leak. The sink counter top was always wet, we couldn’t figure where that water was coming from. And the beds. Some of us had to wash our linen because it didn’t look fresh. Other than that

Dealing with the unpredictable

This was our second stay at this resort neighborhood, we had coordinated to have the pool heated. However, when we discovered that the pool heater was not operational management quickly addressed the problem and made adjustments to our invoice, which was greatly appreciated.

Awesome Family retreat house

We traveled to Florida for the AAU volleyball tournament and this house was a haven for all of our family and team. The location of a corner lot was an ideal spot to take it all of it’s beautiful surroundings. Quiet neighborhood with lots of Friendly faces to greet you at the gate . Mahalo For being the home away from Home when we needed it Most.

One of the good property to stay

We planned a short trip to Florida with my family and friends and we found this property suitable.. and as it is the house was very nice clean and found on the prime location in the Florida. As we were mainly focused for Disney world and the property was not far from the Disney world.. I would definitely recommend to all if u are planning for the Disney world to visit.. this property is best to stay..
