We have been coming here every year for the last 13 years. Sometimes 2x a year. They were unable to accommodate our request to have our room in a specific location. They put us in a room that was newly rennovated but it lacked in cleanliness. Dishes in the cabinets needed rewashing. Hairballs on the bathroom floors, and upon leaving there was a cockroach in the kitchen. We have never had an issue at this hotel in 13 years.

It was fine - it could have been better

Our family has been staying here for about 8 years. We aren’t interested in the 90 min. presentation b/c we don’t have money or time to invest in such a venture. While I appreciate that there’s not a ton of pressure it does feel like you suddenly become less important as a guest. Upon arriving at the gate we were asked if we had a reservation, our name and ID etc, that’s pretty usual. Upon entering the lobby for check-in, there was a group of employees waiting with clipboards. It’s not immediately clear why they are there b/c instead of greeting guests in a normal fashion as you walk up to OBVIOUSLY check-in, they run you down asking you if you have a reservation. It’s super annoying - obviously I do, I had to tell the gate station guard to even enter the property. Check-in employees were nice. I understand when it’s busy at check in that waits are to be expected. We waited over an hr. to get a room. For the amount of money I paid this time to spend a mere 3 nights, rooms should absolutely be ready when guests arrive by 4pm check-in. Your property should be able to handle the guest volume and provide enough employees to cover the property. An international chain in a city known for its constant busyness has no excuse for delaying guests. We were not the only ones delayed or run down like we were trespassing. I saw it happen to multiple guests. Paid parking is just greedy since the nightly rate is now higher than ever. And that all access? Access to what? Never explained!

My family and I enjoyed the resort. The one bedroom villa was very spacious for my family of 4. My kids enjoyed the pool. The grounds were nice. The only complaint I have is the parking fee if $25/day. With the amount you’re paying to stay, parking should be included.

Beyond disappointing

We were traveling all day with a baby and arrive at our Check-in time, which clearly says on the website and confirmation email, that is at 4pm to ve met with a rude employee whom states“your room is not available, we dont have an estimate time it will be available, it can be anytime between 5 min to 2hrs” What?!?!? Its 7:30PM and NO CALL OR TEXT so I proceed to call and ask for an update. It’s still not available. I inform them I’m traveling with a baby and it’s unacceptable. Then a room magically becomes available. I end up checking in after 8:30pm. Insane! Then the rooms are extremely outdated, towels had stains on them, a terrible smell every time we entered the room. How does this hotel have the ratings it does?!?! I’m extremely disappointed.

We checked in at 5pm (regular check in is at 4pm), reception said the room was not ready yet and they will text us in few minutes once it’s ready. Over an a hour passed and still no text! I called them and demanded for a room. The staff I spoke over the phone said that it’s true that the check in is 4pm but it’s not always guarantee na you will a room. So what time is guaranteed? 9pm!? So because I demanded for a room and complain, they gave us our room by 630pm. I understand that it’s guaranteed to get your room if you check in early but don’t tell us to wait after the check in time! We never had this kind of experience with other Sheraton hotels.

We stay here often. Rooms are clean and large. Parking easy. Tons of things around to do. Dining, shopping, parks. The grounds have been kept up. So many flowers and greenery! They need to fix the lights in the trees at the entrance but it’s a great place to stay
