The staff at the front desk was great. I would give them a 5 star for their service, helpfulness, and kindness. This review is based on the room condition mostly and property. The room was horrible. I didn’t mind the accommodations and did not except a luxury experience at a budget friendly hotel. But, I DID EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN. There was dirt packed in the window sills that hadn’t been touched for idk how long. The room smelled musty and made all of our clean clothes smell bad! There was painted over mold/mildew in the bathroom and we found bugs. I took some photos. That’s my chief complaint and why we left early. We would’ve left as soon as we checked in but we had plans and commitments that didn’t allow us to move around hotels the first days. The only reason I gave it a 2star is because the staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Great hotel for the cost. Great location, close to the parks, shops and great dining options, nice pool area. Only complaint was that our room was not sufficiently cleaned when we checked in. We found candy wrappers on the floor in the bedroom and hair and dirt on the bathroom floors, but the staff were lovely and a great option for families especially for the price!

We booked this property for 2 nights because of the extra space a 2/2 provides us as a family. The employee who checked us in was cheerful and welcoming. He explained the breakfast area, pool, and hotel quiet times. The hotel is older with outside style doorways like an apartment complex, and no elevators. We were on the second floor and are in good health so this wasn’t an issue for us. There was a HEAVY smell of marijuana in the parking area and first floor area of our building. We were pleasantly surprised that our room smelled freshly cleaned and that there were no disturbances throughout the night. The AC was sufficient but the guest room stayed a little warmer all night even though we only had 1 person sleeping in there. The bathrooms are SMALL. Full kitchen is stocked and ready to use once you purchase your groceries. Coffee is provided as well as sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper. The extra space of a 2/2 is a HUGE benefit to this location. It is about 15/20 minutes to the Disney parks and about 10 to universal. Disney springs is about 5 minutes. All traffic dependent of course.

I would book again, but I would request a room on the main floor with a view of the pool area. We stayed on the third floor, and there was no elevator, so we had to make several trips with our luggage. The pool was great, and we enjoyed it while the AAU officials were there. The atmosphere by the pool was lively, with everyone having a good time. However, my daughter commented that it reminded her of a nursing home because of the number of older people. I didn't notice many children during our stay. Great place and clean.
