My family and I stayed 7 nights - the experience wasnât great. We would not book this home again. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location - both to the neighborhood waterpark and to the Disney parks. However, the communication from the property manager is very poor - I attempted contact with them 3 times (twice via email, and once over text) within the week prior to our stay inquiring about adding another night, and was ignored. Upon arrival at the 4pm check in time, the home was still being cleaned, and had to wait in the driveway for 30 minutes. The dishwasher was broken, and I was told this was a known issue - it would have been nice to know! My family spent our vacation handwashing dishes 3 times a day in the small sink for 12 people. The house was dirty. Carpet stains, old Cheetos and cereal under the chairs in the media room, and hair along the bathroom floors. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub barely pumped any water, resulting in cloudy and bug filled water surrounded by uneven tile waiting for you to stub your toes. The grill igniter is flawed, resulting in an unplanned expensive pizza night. Most concerning of all, the front door doesnât lock unless you are inside, so we were able to deadbolt it before sleeping, but our possessions were left for anyone to walk in and steal when we were away during the day. I knew it was useless to say anything, given how poor the communication had been already. I have video of it all.
