Pros:Pool heat. We paid almost 400 for it for our stay and it was well worth it. At least 90 every day and the weather was questionable. So to be able to still use the pool at any time of day was great. Pool was clean, big enough for adult and kid fun. Location is great. Close to the two community water parks/pickleball courts/golf. Communication. The hosts answered our questions promptly. (Not accurately in one case)Space. The house is massive. Laid out well for large groups. We had two families and then the grandparents came for a couple nights. Game Room- kids loved it! Cons:Bare bones. Like not even salt and pepper. The king sized beds only had two pillows (my husband and I both like one under our legs). We did take a couple off other beds that werenât being used but if you have a full house just know thereâs not a lot of extra anything. No blankets for the living room. Things like that. Also felt very much Nickel and dimed about thingsâŠlike paying to use the grill. Just read through the description of the property. Baby stuff- I had messaged them about two different baby items and they said they had neither on site. My sister had to use a rental company and when we arrived they had an entire closet of baby items. So could have save another 150 there. The living room could be laid out a little better. March madness started while we were down there and thereâs really only two seats that can see the tv well.
