The house was adequate for our crowd, but we had some issues. Our first night there (Christmas Eve) the alarm (extremely loud) went off for a very long time. No one could give us the code to turn it off. This caused major problems with several of our party who are very sensitive to loud noises and interrupted our religious celebrations. As it was Christmas Eve, it took several hours (still beeping) to get someone in to fix it. Communication continued to be an issue. It took over an hour of texting to resolve another minor issue. A few other complaints are the lack of water pressure in an upstairs shower and peeling ceiling in downstairs bedroom, and a blood stained duvet. Also a few more folding chairs & tables would be nice, if a home can sleep 20, it should be able to seat 20 as well. Along that same line, more toilet paper, soap, trash bags, paper towels would be kind. We would have appreciated instructions for things like trash disposal and pool lights, and the WiFi password was originally given with a typo. The neighborhood was nice. I’d stay there again, but look for a more well kept up home.
