Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, the house was clean, the pool area was large and south facing. No complaints!

No internet

No one ever came out to fix it. The pool was nasty until they cleaned it out on Wednesday, we checked in on Sunday. No communication at all.

ISSUES WITH COMMUNITY

No where listed on anything does it tell you that you can not have a bus bring you into the community. We came with a group of kids and were stopped at the gate. They then made us walk, with luggage, in the dark, in cold weather, half a mile to the property. I called multiple people from this booking site and talked to people on property and kept getting the response "not my problem." If it would had been listed anywhere that buses were not allowed we would not have stayed at this property. There were cheaper properties at other places that are just as nice without the headache. And, to top it all off the cleaning people showed up at 9:30am (check out was at 10am) and were trying to rush us out. Literally telling us to hurry up and leave. at 10:01am as we were getting the last bit of stuff out they called to complain about us not being out in time. If they weren't interrupting us and stopping us to tell us to leave so much we would have been out in time.

The house was nice but when we arrived it wasn’t cleaned that well There was also holes in the screen by the pool area, and when we called for assistance it was never taken care of In addition, the day after we arrived the water turned off for 5 hours and the management co said sorry there is nothing we can do We have been coming for years to champions gate and this was the worst experience with a mangement co

Beautiful home for a large group or family

This home was very well equipped along with a fabulous games room. Rooms were large and plenty of beds/bathroom for a very large group. The pool area is lovely and our family would recommend this home and area to anyone. Thank-you for a wonderful time with our family
