Clean hotel with amenities

Clean hotel, close to the outlet mall, restaurants, Publix, Target, etc. Downside is they charge $20 a night for parking, but its an open parking lot with no decal or anything given. It does have a pool and a gym which is useful for those who require it. They also offer breakfast, it seemed standard, with eggs, toast, bagels etc.

I accidentally left a ring in the room when we were checking out. We realized just 5 minutes later and returned to the hotel about 15 minutes after leaving. By then, the room was already half cleaned, but no staff member was there. When I reported it, the staff showed little concern or willingness to help. Their only response was, “That’s weird, all forgotten objects are reported,” and they just wrote down my name and number “in case we find it.” The lack of urgency and accountability was very disappointing.

$19/day parking?!?! There is plenty of space in the lots so it’s just a money grab. Just be honest and charge $20 more per night. Our key card quit working on day 2. I went to the desk and told them my room number and they gave me 2 more key cards without even checking ID. I could’ve told them any room number and they would have given me the key card. Phone calls to my room throughout the night. Called the front desk and they told me to unplug my phone. Very noisy. Kids running down the hallways past midnight. Bright light coming into the room under the door so I put a towel in front of it to block the light. No storage for clothes. It’s ok, but wouldn’t stay here again.

I didn't receive any vip treatment as a member. This place is filthy, couldn't walk barefoot in the commons area to go to the pool because the floors were so nasty our feet were black, the pool had dead spiders in it and other bugs, a restaurant that is only heat up food and hardly open, have to go downstairs to get coffee or heat food in a microwave, the breakfast was not good, there is no microwave and coffee machine in the room, they woke up the entire hotel at 6am with a fire alarm and the fire department came and someone recorded on their phone a fireman cussing out a staff member for making a false call, everyone was mad and in shock for the alarm (people talk) not just us, and they never disclosed in their listing they charge for a daily parking fee.
