Stayed there for 4 days. Only issue is breakfast. They have a very limited items that they serve you. Meaning you give them your plate and they put food on it for you. They do have waffle and oatmeal that you serve yourself. But the other (4) items , they change every morning, they serve you.

The property was overall fine for the price I paid. I wanted to call out how great the maintenance staff was, though. When I lost an earring down a sink, the front desk called maintenance right away. Maximo and Jesus arrived right away and retrieved my earring quickly. I was so relieved to get it back. Thank you for having such response staff members.

We walked in to the front desk to a worker who didn't want to be there. I don't expect everyone to be super cheery and match my energy, but I guess I think if you're in hospitality service you could at least fake it. Our room set-up was odd. There were two beds, and a bathroom that was split into two sections - a toilet and sink, and then the shower was in a different area. Everything was crammed into a little space. The toilet was in a room you could barely turn around in. The toilet was about 6 feet away from the foot of my bed, which is kinda gross. Then the shower was about 6 feet from the foot of the other bed, which was also weird. Then, the doors of the bathrooms were translucent so when someone gets up to use the bathroom and they shut the door., it still doesn't illuminates the whole room and wakes everyone up. Then everyone falls back asleep and the trash truck comes and makes beeping and banging noises right outside our window. It feels like the dumpster could have been better located to accommodate the guests better. Room service has to be scheduled. They will not come each day. Here's the good. The breakfast was nice where the family could each select what they wanted. The coffee was decent. The pool and hot tub were nice, however, they don't enforce the no children rule in the hot tub so everyone packs in there like sardines and the kids with floaties monopolize the whole area. Pool was clean. Shuttles are free but take FOREVER. Overall it was just ...ok.
