The entire staff was wonderful, extremely polite, and helpful. I was given great recommendations for where to eat pho, which parks to visit based on our interests, and west/east coast beaches to visit. Breakfast was really good. I loved the room size and double view for a family of 4. I truly enjoyed the quick drive to the parks without the hassle of traffic. The pool and heating pool helped us relax and recharge for the next day. I will definitely be returning and I will be suggesting this option to our friends and family.

This property is not far (7miles) from Disney resorts ! It’s nice hotel but rooms are not brand new ! Day 1 sink didn’t drain water but the lady got it fixed ! Could see some hair and not Properly cleaned before we checked in If you come Florida you won’t be in hotel much anyways but rooms could have been better with better lighting ! Air con was nice and the reception was good Breakfast could have had nice veg options as there were none ! Sorry Vegan or Veg people Got to just enjoy some cereal Pool and hot tub are best ones here can enjoy anytime suitable for toddlers and kids, got towels near pool and spacious seating to have sun bathing No room service done in our 3 nights stay Will revisit again if I come hope they improve cleanliness in rooms and ofcourse it is budget friendly hotel

So many issues! Will never go back and plan to tell all my story. AC broken in the first room and soaked carpet. Had to switch rooms. The mini fridge has two settings: Luke warm and frozen. Canned drinks exploded and froze my salad so had to toss it. Floor outside shower floods with every shower no matter how many towels you put down. Bathroom door latch does not work. Confirmed in both rooms so no privacy. Brought supplies to make smores and were told the fire pit is “broken.” Exterior door (right next to our room) was also broken and key pad wouldn't work so we had to walk way out of the way. Staff informs us “we know.” Pool is PACKED at night. Hotel seems overbooked. Parking is limited. Again, overbooked. Housekeeping does not fulfill guest requests which “they know” so if you need more towels, soap, linens, tissues, etc. you have to go to the front desk and ask so they can respond with a snarky tone “anything else?” Don’t forget that $15 parking fee. After all the issues, they should have paid us to stay. Crap hotel surviving only by the Marriot name.

Overall this hotel was great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because we did have some issues. On our first morning we were woken up by the fire alarm at 7 am. Someone put cheese in the toaster and we were told it happens all the time. Day 3 our carpet was soaking wet from air conditioner. They came in to fix it and couldn’t fix it but left a giant dryer in our room to attempt to dry the carpet. Every day it got wetter and wetter. They did offer to switch us to a different room but our trip was 10 days long and we had completely unpacked. Every day we requested the dryer. Day 6 we did laundry. $4.50 for a wash load and the same for a dryer load. Dryer did not dry our clothes at all. Put in another $4.50. Still didn’t dry our clothes AND there were burn marks on our clothes. Went to front desk at 11:30 pm and the night manager said that it was a horrible hotel and all they do is give people their money back. (We let them know their employee was talking badly about them). They rehashed our clothes and gave us a credit for the ones they couldn’t fix. The pool was AMAZING. Super busy but bar and restaurant pool side and open until 11. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with a pool open that late. We were in it every day. Breakfast was ok, same food every day and just meh tasting. There’s a coffee shop that sells Starbucks. That was a plus for me. Across the street from Target and Walgreens. NO CROSSWALK unless you go to the corner. The staff was great and helped with issues!
