They have quite a few pools and play areas for the kids which is nice and every pool I went to had a jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, plates, pots, anything you may need they also have grills available. They do a curtesy clean on Tuesdays but otherwise it has to be scheduled and they charge you depending on how deep of a clean you would like done to your room. They also provide you with most of what you need to clean up the room yourself, dish soap dish washer tablets a couple dryer sheets 1 loads worth of soap, extra toilet paper, and broom to sweep but if you have to buy anything else there’s a Walmart 5 mins away. My favorite was the washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it was a nice stay, the kids had fun and it’s close to Disney world.

Overall the stay at Exploria was comfortable. Only thing I would point out is that they kindly offer shuttles to both Disney and Universal which is very helpful. However it is a shared service across several hotels so it takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to get to the parks in the morning due to all the hotel pick ups. Would love to have known this ahead of time. Also the shuttles get full fast and you may not get a seat.

We have stayed at Summer Bay Orlando once before. They have really upped their game! Everyone in the area is SO KIND. We were able to get what we needed quickly and really had a lovely family vacation. Lots for the kids to do, we only strayed from the resort to enjoy theme parks and some dinners - which is not how we usually travel. Thanks Summer Bay, we very much enjoyed our time with you.

We love this property so much. We had a bunch of things to do with the children. The only thing I would say is that it’s very dirty in your villa. The rugs are disgusting. They make your feet black at the bottom. The sink and tub area and like the floor part could’ve definitely been cleaned a lot better especially if you have one of the Jacuzzi’s. It’s all dusty in between. But other than that overall it’s a great resort. Just a cleaning needs to be better.

Easy check in/ check out. They want you to keep rooms clean with minimal supplies. With a larger family the kids got bored with just s the pool. Had to get equipment from one end of resort only to go back where the basketball , tennis ct would be. Drove to the pools. Offered transportation but never saw it. They charge you for house keeping where other resorts offer minimum every 3 days cleaning them after if you want they charge you. Definitely a place for older people .

The unit had roaches, came in to spray, did not offer any compensation,both units were in poor repair with visible black mold, furniture was stained, paint was scuffed, dryer vents pretty plugged, the property could be very nice is in need of refurbishing and better pest control , everyone in our group had severe rash or burn from swimming in pool. Very noisy from upper unit till all hrs of early morning...no control
