Never again
I donât know if the property owner knows how bad the management company is! When we pulled up to the property, we couldnât get in the gate. I called and they said I had to go to the gate with the guard. We were at the gate they sent us to and we even went to the other entrance. There is no guard! You have to push a button and call someone to open. However he doesnât answer. We had to follow a car in. That happened again to my son in law who is a disabled vet and uses a cane. His friend dropped him off after fishing and he had to walk through the bushes and to the property because the guard wouldnât answer. The floor was so dirty. You couldnât walk barefoot without your feet getting black. There were ants all over the place. I had to throw away food we had bought because ants got in it. There were ants coming from the sinks upstairs and all over the walls of 2 of the bedrooms. I have videos of the ants crawling all over the door frames. I texted them multiple times and they said they sent someone but I have video and text proof that nothing was done and the ants were there the entire time I stayed. The community was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a relaxing family atmosphere but the neighbors were smoking weed and the smoke was getting into our pool area where my granddaughters were. We walked to community pool and saw a condom wrapper on the sidewalk and the pool area felt like a cheap cruise. And on top of this they charged me an extra 336.
