The Best of the Best (Nest)

This gorgeous home is so welcoming and so well equipped with absolutely anything you could need. I was able to enjoy the pool after a short walk to Publix everyday. The gas bbq was a hit for most of our meals. Every inch of this nest is decorated beautifully and so comfortable and relaxing. The hosts are second to none! It is a beautiful neighborhood with a golf course in your backyard. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back!!!

Excellent stay

We recently stayed at the Best Nest for a small group golf trip to Orlando. We came in from Nova Scotia. The house was perfect and Dan & Brenda were wonderful hosts. The check-in process was seamless and the place had everything we needed, including a well stocked Keurig (nice touch there).Dan & Brenda checked in with us regularly just to make sure everything was going well, which was very much appreciated. There were even a few treats waiting for us when we arrived including a few cold drinks in the fridge! We wouldn't hesitate to come back to the Best Nest and highly recommend this location. The Best Week at the Best Nest!

We absolutely loved our stay at the BEST NEST! We have rented many homes over the last 10 years in this area and this is the first time we stayed here, and we don’t ever want to stay anywhere else again! This was the best rental house, with every single amenity, you can imagine, a gorgeous, large, swimming pool that our teenagers loved, a fantastic game room, comfortable beds, two living room areas, a perfect kitchen and plenty of seating for our family of six!Dan and Brenda are fantastic hosts, with great communication and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Outside of the house is just as fabulous as inside with a quiet tree-lined street, friendly people around and a lovely walkable place to be! My husband and I walked to the nearest grocery store to grab a few things and even to Starbucks and ice cream nearby! The area couldn’t be more perfect and we love the easy access to Route 192 and even though this home is close to everything, it still feels like it is nestled away. We can’t wait to book another vacation here!! Dan & Brenda, thank you for the most relaxing and fun week in what truly felt like home away from home!

Best Nest is the Best!

This home is the perfect place to stay! The owners communicate before, during and at the end of your stay to make sure you have everything you need. The home is very clean and there is ample seating for everyone. The pool area is well cared for and the grill is clean and ready for use. We have stayed here for our last two vacations and were really bummed when we discovered it wasn’t available for our trip next year. It is truly a home away from home. Really is The Best Nest

This property feels like home the minute you walk in the door. The home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils you need and a pantry well stocked with spices, storage bags and some basic necessities. The beds are all super comfortable with many pillows to choose from. There are games and toys for the little ones including high chair, crib, stroller and they even put up a pool fence on the lanai for us. The host was even so thoughtful as to leave a birthday card and small gift for my granddaughter who was celebrating a birthday. Communication was super easy and they were quick to respond to any questions, even checking with us during our two week stay just to make sure everything was good. The garage has pool table, air hockey and foosball tables and many other games and it is really nice and cool in there. The pool is very clean and well maintained as well as heated perfectly. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. There are many stores and restaurants close by. Disney is about a 30 minute easy drive.i highly recommend this home. I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the last 20 years and this is my favorite. You really feel like you are in The Best Nest for your vacation!

Perfect Holiday Home

We returned to ‘Best Nest’ this time for a months stay. Dan and Brenda had made more improvements to an already ideal place to come on holiday. We had booked two properties in Highland Reserve for the amount of family joining us and it reinforced to me how good Dan and Brenda’s home is compared to others. Perfect Family Getaway – The Best Nest is a Hidden Gem!

We had the most amazing stay at The Best Nest! My family from Texas were visiting us for a week and we chose best nest due to the glowing reviews, location, price and beauty of home. This vacation house truly lives up to its name – it’s the perfect home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the ample amenities. The house is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and even game room for the kids. The location couldn’t be better for Disney lovers! It’s just a short drive to the parks, making it super convenient to get there early in the morning and easily head back to relax after a long day of adventure. The best thing was being able to jump right into the pool after being out in the sun all day. The hosts were incredible – so attentive and communicative from start to finish. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. They continued to check in during the stay to make sure everything was ideal and perfect for us. Simply the Best Nest

Booked Best Nest based upon the reviews and description, being on a golf complex and having golf clubs an added bonus. We where not disappointed as it lived up to the high standards expected and the communication was excellent throughout the process, and query was rapidly responded to. The location was easy to find and the property was not overlooked as backed onto the golf course. It is very rare for me to give an overall 5 star rating but this property fully deserves this rating and would happily recommend for other families as everything is catered for even down to the welcome pack of gluten free goodies for the member of our party who has celiac disease which demonstrates the care they take to ensure everyone is welcome. If we are ever back in Orlando we will certainly be looking at staying again.

To Brenda and Dan Thank you both for providing us with the perfect villa to enjoy our time in Florida. Hurricane Milton? What hurricane ? We all felt very secure in the Nest, letting the elements pass as we played pool, air hockey etc. While considering my review I realise that I can only reiterate what so many have said before. 10/10 every time and there is no argument here. Communications - Extremely informative and helpful, before, during and after our stay. So appreciated. 👍 Arrival - Locating and accessing the villa was so easy and then… WOW!!! From the moment we opened the door of the villa we were blown away. The layout, the furniture, the decor, the cleanliness, the pool, the games room, the welcome pack and it was so well stocked. The locality is perfect. So quiet and relaxed. Chill by the pool or play a round of golf within the Reserve. Restaurants, Theme Parks, Malls are all so close. Excellent value for money!!! This was our 12th visit to Florida and the Nest tops the lot. Having said that, some of the other villas were very good but the thought and effort put into BestNest by Brenda and Dan takes it to another level altogether. Future visits to the Orlando area for our family will begin with the availability of this fantastic villa If you’re looking for someone to make the decision for you as you browse the merits of numerous villas - Be the early bird and catch the BestNest. ⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️

The perfect villa

We have had a great family holiday at The Best Nest! The villa is well located for easy access to the attractions. It is very spacious and clean and the furnishings, bed linens and towels are in top condition. An abundance of thoughtful extras are readily available: toys; ponchos and fans for the parks; toiletries; kitchen/bathroom/laundry consumables; dining and cooking utensils - the list goes on! The pool deck is private and sunny with an open view. Communication with the owners was friendly but not intrusive. Absolutely stunning and amazing villa!

‘Best Nest’ is a stunning property and definitely a home from home! Since the moment we booked, the hosts -Dan and Brenda have been amazing with their communication and are so kind and helpful. It was so reassuring to have such wonderful hosts. The villa itself is a real gem, its location is so peaceful and quiet, we loved sitting by the pool just watching across the fairway. Inside the villa was beautifully clean and so spacious. Dan and Brenda have ensured that there is everything you possibly need and more. We absolutely loved our stay in ‘Best Nest’, it has been such a fantastic holiday and we have Dan and Brenda to thank for letting us stay in their beautiful villa. I am quite sure that we will be returning again, we have travelled to Florida for nearly 30 years and stayed in many villas but ‘Best Nest’ has indeed been the best!

Truly the Best Nest

Wonderful owners. My husband is handicapped with mobility issues and they thought of everything. Suction handles in the shower along with a chair. They even left a wonderful welcome basket. Pool and gameroom were so much fun. Pantry was well sfocked. Didn't have to worry about salt and pepper, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo. Beds.were so comfy. Everyone got a kick out of the lighting around the couch. We brought some of our own movies to watch and the sound bar made it feel like we were in the movie. We did the parks but everyone was more excited to get back to the house.

What a great place to stay!

This was a great property to stay at! We loved the pool and the home was very clean and appeared just as advertised in the Vrbo description. There were so many extra that made the stay even better like golf clubs to use, a cooler and chairs for the beach and well stocked kitchen. The home was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to golf and all the Orlando attractions. The hosts were wonderful to work with and were great communicators. The Best Nest by far the best

Where to begin about The Best Nest this was by the far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. This home had everything you needed plus more. The location was great also in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything just as described had plenty of room for a family of 11. The pool and the game room was a very big hit with my family. Home Away From Home with Everything

The house was beautiful, well stocked, and very roomy and inviting. The hosts were like family in how they checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a beach day and the family loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a cooler. We also played foosball, darts, and ping pong as a family in the game room. 😊 This was a fantastic family vacation and the hosts are great people!!

Truly a Home Away from Home!

We could write a book about how amazing this home is. As a family with 7 children from 1 to 17, this home was more than we could ask for. We've been coming to Orlando and renting homes for years and have never had even CLOSE to such a great experience. This home has so many things to help make things easy on parents. There are so many extras that aren't pictured. The toys were a huge blessing to us since we didnt have packing room to bring our own!! I truly could go on and on with the bonus features and those were only the kid ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and there is a pantry that has all the necessities too. They also had extras like smaller appliances. They also go above and beyond with sheets and towels. They have a stocked closet of extras to use as needed. They have many seperate swim towels and tons of pool toys. The communication was phenomenal. We had one issue (the internet went down) and they had someone there promptly to fix it as they contacted us and confirmed before we even contacted them! They checked in through the week just to see if there was anything we needed. Also, everything in the house is very clearly labeled and there are lists posted that tell you where everything is. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Some of our previous homes, we have had issues with rowdy neighbors. The home is just so very peaceful inside and out!! To say the least, this was an exceptional experience and we will certainly be back!!

Perfection at the Best Nest!

This home was by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at. It was immaculate and was stocked with things you didn't even know you needed. Everything was so well thought out with guests in mind. The home was so beautifully decorated and peaceful. It has inspired me to do a little decorating myself! It is a beautiful community and I spent some time walking the neighbourhood on the sidewalks that even took me right to Publix. Brenda was the best host EVER!! We are so excited to invite family members for another trip next year. We loved Brenda & Dan's house and so will you.
