First off Darlene was so so helpful! Greatly appreciated all of her help and quick responses prior to our trip and during. Everything was great with our stay. Every corner of the house was used. The welcome gift was nice too. We didn’t notice it until the end of our stay but a nice surprise. Clubhouse pools and slide were a lot of fun. Game room had events for kids throughout the day too! Would stay again. Thanks Darlene.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless and was equipped with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were just the thing we all needed after long days at the parks and having individual bathrooms attached to each bedroom was absolute joy. We can’t wait to return!

The property manager, Darlene, was incredible to work with and very responsive, even at inconvenient hours. On day 3 of our stay, after a long day in the Disney parks, we came home to find the electronic keypad was flashing and unresponsive. We were tired, cold and in need of rest, but could not get into our rental. Given that it was past 10:30pm (Disneyland closes at 11pm and the last tram departs at 12:30am) I wasn’t sure what luck we would have reaching the property manager, but after messaging on VRBO, I reached her right away on her cell phone. She had us in the home quickly with a remote reset with a new code and maintenance service called in for the next day. On top of that, on our departing day, two hours after checking out, our daughter discovered she had accidentally left her journal in the bedside table of the upstairs bedroom. Darlene allowed us to re-access the property with enough time to get us to the airport for our return flight home.The rental itself was spacious and comfortable with only a few cleanliness issues (front load washer could use a mildew cleaning for example), but the stellar level of service and other property upsides far outweigh those minor issues.We would recommend the property manager and the home rental to anyone looking to go to Orlando.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fab5 Villa. The location was perfect for our days at the Disney parks. The community pool at Windsor Hills was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the water park. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well supplied with extra small appliances, dish ware, pots & pans, etc. Our grandkids practically lived in the pool/hot tub. Our host Darlene was very responsive to our needs. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at the Fab5 villa again!

The property manager Darlene was great, sent information timely and communicated well. The property had two full size travel cribs, was very spacious, you could easily and comfortably have 3 families stay at this location. The house was clean, I had spilled water on tile in kitchen and wiped it up with a paper towel not a spec of dirt. The house could use some updating (replace carpet, new towels, and paint but overall, we were happy. We stayed for 2 days and went to Disney while there. Very convenient if you are traveling to the parks. Additionally, the community had great parks for kids to play at. Very family friendly.

House was in great condition. Was a little concerned with bedroom position relative to the television but wasn't an issue. Everything else was in great shape. Pool was great. Kitchen well stocked with any tool/apparatus necessary to cook. Overall great property and great stay!

Beds were very comfortable! The location couldn’t be better for visiting Disney. The hot tub actually got hotand was used frequently. The house is decorated in everything Disney from knobs to shower curtains to bedding in the kids rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Working with the host, Darlene, is one of the best experiences I have had with a VRBO

Host is very welcoming and checks in with you. The house was very clean and amenities match description for house. We enjoyed all of the space and the game room. We always love having a pool so we used it a lot during our stay. I appreciated all the night lights around the house. It was a nice touch and helpful. Only suggestion I can make is to have more hooks for hanging towels etc. Would stay here again.

A couple of days prior to our arrival we recieved information from our Host Darlene with instructions on how to checkin. I always double and triple check these instructions because it helps the checkin / checkout process run smoother. We recieved multiple detailed instructions about what we needed to do upon arrival and during checkout. This was great because we now had one less thing to worry about for our trip. We arrived at Windsor Hills, followed the instructions, and got through the security gates with no problems. When we pulled up to the property we were happy to see that the property looked exactly as it did online. No surprises. After entering the house we were really amazed at how large and spacious the interior of the home was. The house appears to be a relatively normal size family home from the outside, but upon entering it seems much larger. We were travelling with our two children and gave them the bottom floor master suites. Each room had a master bed and separate bath which made them comfortable. The indoor movie room was a hit with everyone. We watched a couple of movies and used the surround sound system which can be turned on or off depending on your sound preference. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the attached spa. I liked the fact that there wasnt a separate spa heating fee or a fee to use the grill. The kitchen was fully functional with cups and plates needed for a family to dine in on the nights away from the parks. Great house overall.
