The hotel was a little outdated, but very comfortable and very safe. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great location and overall very clean and quiet. We will definitely be making this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Orlando.

My experience was terrible. Linens were not clean and there was no hot water available for guest on the first night of my stay. The staff couldn't give a reasonable explanation as to how long it would be before maintenance was able to make repairs and there were no managers available for the entire weekend of my stay.

Unfortunately we were delayed in our arrival via airline. We arrived at around 1:30am. The night clerk checked us in and then took us across the parking lot to our room. We walked around this area twice, she went back main building, tried to call manager. Came back trying to open a room that had no number on it. Did not open. Left us again, back to main building for another 10 min. Came back and said she put us in another room in the main building. This room was fine. We were exhausted from all of our delays and walking all over this complex. The night clerk was helpful it took her a lot to figure out we needed another room. We finally got in our room at 2:00. This will be our last visit to a motel that is not in a major chain!!! Found this on Expedia search.

Price was very reasonable. Everything else could use improvement. Landscaping was overgrown. Wifi in the rooms was a low signal strength and very slow. Cell service was also poor so you are practically in a dead zone which isn't ideal when travelling. TV streaming struggled to play without buffering. We were on a middle floor at the center of the building. Breakfast was included but you had to sit and be waited on for 2 eggs and bacon/sausage/etc. We sat and waited about 5 minutes and no one appeared. My time is more valuable than that. I think that may be the point. Non-US guests may be ok with these tradeoffs. We just needed a quick place to sleep and the bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was hard. It felt like every penny was pinched to keep the price down but things like wifi shouldn't be an issue ever in 2025.
