I really enjoyed my stay. My next visit to Orlando I will definitely book the view again. Check in was fast. The complimentary made to order breakfast was superb. Customer service all around the board was excellent. To add, I booked the 1 bedroom suite. It was clean and extremely spacious. I loved my view because I could see the airplanes flying in and out.

Weekend College trip

We stayed for 1night (2 rooms). The customer service was impeccable. The breakfast is a sit down with a server. Very simple but good tasting and great service. The hotel its self is in need of updating. It hotel is clean and the rooms were definitely clean but in need of updating. The room had a king bed only 2 flat pillows, no curtains just broken blinds (didn’t close all the way). Nice sized tv, college sized fridge, sink and coffee maker. The bathroom was ok, but the motion on the light didn’t stay on long. My daughter got locked out and they were super quick to come open it. I can’t stress enough the staff was super welcoming.

Room was fine. Just too VERY thin pillows on the bed with no extras in the closet. Called the desk for 2 more and they were delivered promptly. Body wash/shampoo dispenser did not work properly and fell off wall. Decent cooked to order breakfast but only 1 waiter served about 60 people when we were there. So, terrible service. Overall, just average.

The staff is PHENOMENAL!

The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to the morning breakfast service. They remember my name, my preferences, and my favorite room. They've even offered to move a piece of furniture into my room to accommodate my needs. I'm hoping these people will remain when the hotel transitions to a Holiday Inn property later this year.

They were doing construction while we were there but they made sure to do it between 10 and 6 so it didn’t interfere much with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Excellent place to stay for a short trip or stay over. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Surface cleaning is great; however, to my surprise under the bed was full of dust and pieces of trash so I decided to pull the cushions up from the sofa and I don’t think it was cleaned for quite sometime. Just remember to check these on your first and not as we did on the last day.

The hotel is a little older but they have maintained it well. The breakfast is not a buffet but made to order from a small menu. There is no fan in the bathroom and the window coverings need some major attention. Overall the workers and owner is super friendly and make the stay great.

Extremely dated, they are doing renovations though, so I think it will actually be a huge difference when complete. The size and layout of suites is the best thing about hotel. Staff was nice, breakfast staff extremely slow.
