Unexpected $20/day parking fee. Small room, poorly illuminated, with no closet, no coffee maker, no microwave, and no safe. Requested a different room due to a dog constantly barking. Request not granted the first night. Dog woke me up at 6 am the next day, and finally request granted. I was promised 15000 points for the inconvenience, but I'm still waiting for those, which I'd never use anyway.

Hotel in great condition and staff were very friendly. What we disliked was how the corners of the bed stuck out more than the mattress itself. Nearly banged my knee on it.
