Very clean room, housekeeping comes every other day. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the convenience to Universal parks via the shuttle bus was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again! Great value for the money.

Check in was easy, as you're allowed to leave your luggage if you arrive early and hit the parks. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful. The food options are pretty much Starbucks and pizza - nothing special but also nothing to complain about.

The food was really good. If I lived by there, I'd probably go back just for the food. The room was great. The desk clerk was the nicest one I've ever come across. The hot tub by the pool was a lifesaver after a day at Universal. They even projected movies on a screen (okay, it was like a bed sheet, but it worked really well) at the pools to entertain everyone.

It was disappointing to have only one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. We had to call for fresh towels. My biggest frustration was that the hotel had no water bottles as an amenity. There was coffee but no water to brew the coffee. Every hotel in the US and other nations has always had water in the room either for purchase or complimentary.
