The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen to cook our own meals and store our personal items. We enjoyed the hot tub late in the evening, but the pool was mostly closed in the day due to inclement weather. It looked clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and there were a plethora of activities each day offered to accommodate many interests.

We stayed in building 21. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Amazing pool and hot tub. Very relaxing. The room was amazing! Spacious and clean. The only complaint I would have (which isn't a huge deal) is that there was carpet deodorizer all over the carpet. Unsure if that was on purpose.

Everything about this place was amazing, would strongly recommend to anyone from whether you’re alone, a couple or family. I will 100% consider staying here again. Only thing that was a little annoying was they try really hard to sign you up for a showing for a gift card reward for what I would assume is a time share. I was contacted by 3 different concierge from the office during my stay even though I declined when I first checked in. Even so I’d still stay here again, can’t beat what you get for the price.

The good: It was clean, spacious, and the pull-out couch was comfy. The noise level was quiet (end of the building on the 7th floor) and there were only a few people in the pool and hot tub. There were basic pots, pans, bowls, plates, and silverware (and a toaster). The one thing missing for a basic cooking setup was a baking sheet, so we bought a disposable tray at Wall-Mart to make nachos and pizza. There was plenty of parking close to the entrance of our building. The bad: We stayed 6 nights and no one came to pick up trash - the tiny trashcan was overflowing by the end of the stay (packaging from grocery shopping, etc...). We got a notice on our door to pick up a "free gift" at the front desk - it was some mini travel deodorants and a pitch to attend their timeshare presentation. Many of the luggage carts are in terrible shape - flat tires and falling apart.
