Room was dirty. Locks constantly failed to work. Spent more time in hallways waiting to be let in than anything else. Management only able to apologize but couldn’t make any adjustments. Would not recommend this place other than the location. Staff were very rude and not at all timely. Waited over five hours for manager.

Love the area. Love the room. Pools were nice. Kids playground was amazing. Wasnt pleased with the check in process as the clerk clearly didn't want to be there, he promised a washer and dryer was in our room (which we paid for) however there wasn't one so we had to change rooms. Then the air-condition wasnt working in the new room and had to be repaird. Then our key cards stoped working half way though our stay without any explanation. If the maintenance was a bit better and the staff was more attentive and informative i would definately have rated this resort higher. But overall we enjoyed our stay even with those hiccups.

Affordable and Friendly

This was my first time staying here, normally I stay at Marriott properties . This is a time share location, you will be offered a $200 giftcard to sit for 90min sales pitch, while declined. If you have limited mobility such as myself request to be booked in font of your building if possible. The property is huge. And if on tbe bottom floor you'll definitely hear upstairs guests noise and early riser outside. Pictures shown on booking site are accurate. Id definitely recommend booking if you have a large family and needs an affordable option.
