10/10 for the customer service that communicated with me in a timely manner and was very respectful.Our check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, we encountered issues with parking, despite being advised that only five cars could be accommodated at the resort. This problem was exacerbated by the holiday season. Furthermore, while the property listing mentioned a washer and dryer, it failed to disclose that the dryer was non-functional. As a result, my family members were left with wet towels, which were neatly folded and placed on each bed. I brought the parking issue to the attention of the property manager (PM), who assured me that he would address the matter the following day with cones. However, he failed to appear on the designated day, which was Thanksgiving. When I confronted him via text, he claimed that he was unable to visit the property, but he had not communicated this to me previously. I then informed him about the issue with the towels, and he eventually delivered new towels on the Friday morning. For the premium price we paid for this property, the experience was undoubtedly not worth it. 4 people ended up leaving 2 days early due to their experience.
