Booked package with Expedia and Westgate offered me a free breakfast but I had to put down a deposit. The breakfast was actually an attempt to sell you a time share and they were reluctant to return my deposit because I didn’t want to wait any longer for breakfast ( had waited over 30 minutes and no one was waiting on us. The room was very outdated ( chipped dry wall, broken down pull out coach/bed), noisy neighbors partying all night, crowded hot tub and pools. Tried to call both front desk and security to address issues and their phones just rang with no one answering them and no way to leave a message. We were very disappointed because it looks amazing on line. Not Expedia’s fault but I would avoid booking a room with Westgate resorts.

La verdad pésimo mi experiencia, llegué al check in sobre las 7 de la noche y en la habitación el aire no servía, no había sábanas en el clóset, el agua de la ducha fría y muy pobre, saqué este hotel por disfrutar del parques de agua q tiene el hotel con mi sobrina q estaba de cumple y ni siquiera es incluido, se paga a parte, la verdad no me gustó para nada

It was ok. Didn’t appreciate the time share sales pitch. Close to Disney. Elevator mechanics set off the fire alarm. Bed was fine. Bathroom amenities were basic and lacking. Not worth all the addons. Will just spend the extra to stay at Disney next time.

This hotel is very nice and I loved the bike rental and the swan boats but what was very bad was the hitten fees of the water park it cost 25 per person every day they advertise the water park as the main attraction buts its very unreasonable and the only reason we went was for the water park

The only thing I was disappointed about was that we did not have a patio or balcony with furniture to sit outside. Our balcony was just the walk way to our room. We really could have used an outdoor space.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue que cuando hice la reservacion me dijeron que el Parque de agua estaba incluido y cuando llegue me dijeron que noo. So cuando reserven tengan eso en cuenta. Por lo demas estan muy buenas las habitaciones.
